Good for a while. Until you realize you can’t use it with apps.
I bought this as a gift for my dad, thinking it would be a different experience from the first VR we received as a gift back then and had to give away. This had a good case inside for the phone but my dad has an iPhone8 plus which is pretty big and his Otterbox case couldn’t fit. We had to remove the cases. When we finally got the phones in, it worked fine, so we were ready to move to the next level. We downloaded VR apps, but turns out the buttons didn’t work on the app. It only worked for certain movements but it couldn’t select the arrows and options. It was nice until you run out of activities to do with it.

Not bad for price
Kids are enjoying playing with VR, it works pretty good for an inexpensive VR game

Good!
It looks just like in the presentation pictures and does what it says. You can move the lenses for better focalization, and you can watch with headphones attached or while your phone is charging (it has gaps on both sides). It's comfortable to wear - so far, I haven't watched anything longer than 5 minutes.I haven't tested the remote control yet, so I don't know if it works or not, but I'm very happy that the headset has traveled all the way from the USA to Europe and arrived in perfect condition right at my door. The headset is one thing, but your overall experience will depend also (a lot) on your smartphone's performances. Don't forget to clean the screen before inserting your phone into the headset.

PD issues, phone screen doesn't fit, remote doesn't work, poor lens quality.
This thing has several issues:1) The broad range of phones this "fits" means that it cuts off some of the phone screen. It also means that the screen is to big for it and stuff gets cut off so you have to turn your head to see it. (Which yes this is VR, but say when you're watching a movie and big parts of the screen are off to the sides and you have to turn you head? Not good.2) The PD adjustment STILL leaves me with double vision.3) The lens are horrible, they make everything blurry.. and this is with 20/20 corrected vision. No amount of adjustments on the headset fix the issue. (And I KNOW it's the lens because the stuff on my phone screen looks totally fine out of the headset.)4) The remote just doesn't work correctly. My phone thinks it's a keyboard. I tried cycling through the different options on the remote listed in the manual and nothing works. On top of THAT, there is mention of a QR code to scan to get the remote working in a specific game "Chicken .. something". But there is no QR code ANYWHERE. Not on the box, not on the manual and not on the headset!!!!I'm returning it for all of these issues.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Unrelated to this particular device, but to using ANY similar VR headset on most phones. Most screens do not have high enough pixel resolution and you will end up seeing pixels. Text will look horrible and be almost unreadable.

Works best with screens the size of a Samsung s23
I found it difficult if not impossible to focus using a s23 ultra but this works like a dream on the smaller s23Head set is comfortable to wear.Remote is somewhat helpful depending on your application. My main use is to watch educational vr videos. It's rather immesive exp if the content creator has 360 views.Perhaps a nice entry to VR world.

This VR set is comfortable on the face, fits your glasses while wearing both the headset and glasses together. The directions that came with it gives you names of apps to download. When I looked them up in the App Store, there were “no items found”. When I searched the web for anything free to use to see if this item even worked, the site was spinning out of control on my screen. There were no free sites that I could find that would work with this product. I even searched the product name to see if there was a QR code, anywhere, to scan and there wasn’t anything….not even on the instructions. I really wanted this to work for my 9 year old grandson, but it didn’t. I returned it. It’s not worth the time it took me to research this product and then have to return it. Don’t waste your money, save it for the $399.00 meta quest if you want a true VR headset.
