Works great for crème brûlée
I bought this to make my first crème brûlée. Three times later, I am still loving this set. The ceramic ramekins are a tad small. However, they are easy to clean in the dishwasher. The inner rack is nice because you can put the ramekins in and out with ease. Use and clean up are a breeze.
