Solid quality
Haven't used pans like these since my restaurant days. & they paled in comparison. My only wish is that there was a lid for the small fry-pan.durability- You could go to jail for hitting someone with these beefy pansValue- Was worth the $500 I paid for the qualityEasy to clean- yes and no. Yes if you remember to add your oil to HOT pan as metal expands etc.. I imagine with more use, they'll get seasoned and be really stick-resistant, but even so, I burnt some rice in one, boiled some water in it & burnt-on stuff released no problem.Happy with my purchase.

The best thing
This was bought as a wedding gift. I asked the recipients to write a review. Here is what they said:“Received as a wedding gift and by far the best on our list. We use it everyday and can tell it is made of the highest quality for long term use. Looking forward to using them for many years to come. Only concern is because it is so well made and durable, they are heavy, especially the larger pieces which makes it hard for my wife to use and clean. Regardless 10/10.”

Handles get as hot as the pots and pans.
When I first received this set, I was so excited to use them. It didn’t take long to learn that the handles get and stay as hot as the pan does. I bought silicone covers and that did fix it for a while. A couple of months ago, the pots and pans started to turn as the silicone covers had obviously gotten lose. It’s really to bad. Great set but this one probably is a serious problem and I am now stuck with them as my time to return has expired. Never again will I buy pots and pans from here.

Overall, I'm satisfied
I purchased these pans for use with the Breville/Polyscience Control Freak Induction Cooker and they work very well for cooking. Unfortunately, the handle design makes the pans difficult to hold onto when pouring contents-they "slip". This is true even on the smallest saucepan which weighs the least. My solution for this is to keep a small piece of non-slip rug mat in the kitchen drawer with the potholders. It's annoying, but the pans are a good value for the money.

High grade cookware
Absolutely wonderful set of cookware. The bottoms are thick and conduct heat very well allowing for betting controlled heat to the pans and evenly cooked food.Everyone complains about the Browning of their pans, this is not an issue if you properly cool with the pans. High heat and high burning oil causes this. These pans do know need as much heat as the cheap Wal-Mart and other department store cookware.

You'll find no better value.
The pans are heavy with heavy thick bottoms. They are excellent for searing meat. They take a little longer to get hot than other pans I have but it's not too bad. It a very good looking set and I don't think that you'll be able to find anything close to this quality at anything close to the price.

Great Looking set - Appears heavy duty... Mine arrived with defects (Twice!)
1/31/2019 - Update (original review below): I decided to exchange the pan set and give Breville another try. Again, I've never had a single issue with my other Breville products that I have used for several years. I received the original set only a few days ago. The replacement set arrived today, earlier than expected. I unpacked the box, pausing to inspect each pan and lid. All was great, or so I thought... I went back to them a few hours later to give them an initial wash prior to using. I was washing the large saute pan - that is when I noticed an imperfection on the bottom. I didn't notice it at first, but then I caught the reflection of two small bulges on the bottom. My assumption was that is was some sort of imperfection in the bonding process. Whatever the case, this was incredibly disappointing. Again, the pans seem great- heavy weight, and just - well... beautiful. (for cookware, anyway!)This is the second set of pans that was missed by manufacturer QA. It leaves me less confident about the long-term durability of these pans. I wasn't exactly thrilled with my Breville customer service experience earlier this week and am not looking forward to interacting with them again. I am also not looking forward to packing up this entire set again and returning the pans. (I am leaning towards returning at this point). I will update my review later, once I decide (again) what route I will take.1/28/2019 - Ordered my Breville pan set a few days ago and it arrived today. I researched many different sets of stainless steel pans until I came across this Breville 10 piece set. I have three Breville appliances (juicer, Keurig Coffee maker, and a countertop oven). Based on my previous positive Breville experiences, I was more than happy to order these pans.As I unboxed the pans today, I was incredibly impressed by the initial appearance and "heft" of the pans and lids. As I got about halfway through unpacking the box, I came across the 8-quart stock pot. This is where I ran into disappointment. I noticed something odd inside of the pot - initially I thought that it was a bubble in the inside of the pan. Upon closer inspection, it was actually pitted on the outside of the pan at the same location. I immediately stopped unpacking the box and gave Breville customer service a call.I was initially impressed - a live person answered immediately. She mentioned that I would have to make a warranty claim. The claim process requires a picture and supporting evidence. Then she directed me to the Breville website, as the warranty process must be done online. I went to the website, registered, and initiated a chat session. Amazingly enough, the person that I had just spoken to on the phone also answered the chat. I am guessing that they must not get many calls. The representative was courteous enough but not apologetic about my having received a defective product. I asked about the quality assurance process for the pans, because I was concerned about how this obvious defect made it through packing, much less to the consumer. The representative really didn't address that concern but gave me a link directly to where I would need to file a warranty claim. I asked how long she thought the process would take. She said, "probably around three weeks." I replied that it would be easier if I simply returned the pan set. This seemed of no concern to her, which surprised me.At this point, I can initiate a return/exchange without issue. The Amazon website is telling me that I will receive the new set three days from now. Besides the obvious defect, the pans look and feel great. My biggest concern is the QA process of these pans and the seemingly lackluster (albeit quick!) response from Breville Customer Service. I plan to think on this for a day or two before deciding my next steps.Pictures of the defect are included and should be pretty much self-explanatory. I can't explain at what point in the manufacturing process this defect occurred, but it should have been noticed - at the very least - by the individual packing the pans into the box.

I Love these pots and pans
with COVID i'm cooking a lot more. these pans heat up fast! the cook even! Eggs are easy to clean off. I do use a little more butter than i used to, but that makes it tasty!
