Great for gamers
I bought this for my grandson who is a big gamer. He says his friends envy him. It is very high speed. The only drawback is that is does produce a lot of heat. It makes his room significantly warmer than the rest of the house.

Impressive gaming pc
Shipping box was huge, foam packed case box next, black heavy bag held pc in foam formed supports. Plus foam bags protected components. Flawless setup. This pc is beautiful, fast boot up, graphics are very smooth, even when benchmarking, fan control and noise very quiet. I am very pleased with performance.

Follow the directions during setup
Awesome machine. The graphics are super sharp. Response is wicked fast. It wasn't super easy to setup but if you read the directions carefully and take your time, you shouldn't have any problems. It doesn't come with a DVD drive. If you need one, external units are cheap.

I like this machine
I've had it for about a week now and it was exactly what they advertised. It's tidy inside with lots of room for expansion, works great. The keyboard is a bit clunky but I don't care about that. My games run great, and I plan to use it for coding as well. Fans are pretty quiet. My spouse is not a fan of all of the glowing lights but I love it.

Plug and play monster
Great performance for the price. Runs even Starfield at 1440p ultra at 80-100 fps. Super easy to use. Basically just plug it in and go. Just have to screw the wifi antennas on the back and open the glass to take the packaging out. Shipped in a very sturdy and protective packaging. I was almost deterred by the lack of reviews but I'm very happy with my purchase. Hidden gem. This is my very first gaming PC and even I could figure it out so if you're new to PC gaming and looking for a solid pre built you definitely won't go wrong with this.

Fans are very noisy - not sure how to mitigate
The PC is a beast of a machine. The only bad thing... is the fans are very noisey. Perhaps there is a way to mitigate the noise, but it is very annoying if you are within 20 feet of it.

Do not buy - horrible customer support!
Purchased the Blaze 3.0 for a Christmas present. Everything was great until the power button broke after only using the computer for just over 30 days of use. The PC will no longer power up. SkyTech's customer support is HORRIBLE! Trying to reach them by phone is impossible, so I've had to email them back and forth for the past month. Their support keeps asking me to conduct tests, including trying to short-circuit the power unit and the motherboard (to check for other issues apparently), instead of fixing the known issue (the power button) first. I'm NOT a repair tech, so I do not think it is smart to keep asking me to screw around with the interior components of the PC. If I send the PC back to them, it will take 1-2 months for them to fix. I've asked them to just send me the replacement power button and I'll get it replaced locally and I'll pay for the labor, but they have NOT responded to my requests. While the PC seems like a good value, maybe you get what you pay for. I will NEVER buy from them again. I'm worried about the quality of the other components within the PC now...
