Peanut Patch Margaret Holmes Green Boiled Peanuts, (13.5oz cans)

These boiled peanuts are quite tasty. I live on the west coast, where nobody has ever heard of boiled peanuts. Needless to say, I can't buy them here. They look like boiled peanuts, taste like boiled peanuts, and look like boiled peanuts. They seem to be of good quality, but some of them were dark, which I skipped. They were a few empty shells, and some too small to eat. I heat them up in the microwave for a minute to warm them up.They are a bit pricey for what you get, but if you are on the west coast and don't have the option to buy them locally, then these will do. Salty and soft but with some firmness, they seem to hold up well in the can. I will keep a hand on-hand to satisfy that boiled peanut hankering.

I love this item. probbly has to much salt. I think for the money it is over priced you can get these locally at any super market for a much cheaper price. Taste good if you like peanuts. Texture is just what to be expected. Wet because that just what thse types of peanuts are.

There was a maggot in the peanut!!!!! I am so grossed out I have eaten so many of these, they USED to be my favorite, I can only imagine what I've been digesting this whole time. BUYER BEWARE!I've been a big fan of peanut patch for years, and I always gave them the benefit of the doubt because they're so tasty - even though most of the cans come damaged, there are regularly empty shells, and a handful of inedible ones in the batch, I've still stayed loyal.But not anymore. I will never buy these again. The quality has been going down hill, there have been more and more rotten or black or gross looking peanuts in the cans, and this morning one of my peanuts had a maggot in it!!!!! I'm writing this review to warn everyone, then I'm going to go throw up for the rest of the day.Check photos.

I got 4 13.5 oz cans in this order and I think it's a good price for a GREAT product!

Easy to heat up!

Small can. Not worth the price. They have bigger at Walmart. If you’re ordering on here get the big 6lbs can. The actual peanuts are great they have great flavor, the right amount of salt. Good quality and texture. Very fresh. It’s just the amount for the cost is outrageous

If you love boiled peanuts and are unable to boil your own, these are a fabulous replacement. Found at our local Family Dollar store.These remind me of my southern roots. Delish!!

Thank heavens for Walmart! Only store in this northern city that carries these yummy little nuggets. And recent health reports state boiled peanuts are good for us…. Roasted hard shell peanuts, not so much
