Works Have to reuse old rod clips
4 stars out of 5 because you have to carefully reuse the old rod clips off the old actuator assembly as the ones on this new one are way too loose . Other then that fits well time will tell the other option was 170 dollars took me 15 minutes to do you will need an extension with a 7mm socket 10 mm socket and T30 torx bit socket as well as a trim tool or small flat head screw driver donโt be afraid to do this yourself YouTube shows how

Solved the radio off problem when door is opened.
My 2006 Silverado's radio continued to play after the door was opened and the key off, and even out of the ignition. I notice later that the chime would not ring when the key was inserted with the door open now would the interior lights come on. I've use A-Premium parts before and got this and sure enough, it solved the problem. But, it seems to have solve another as well. The radio would often have interference static from what I assumed was the alternator as it would change with engine speed. It would often only last for a few seconds, 10 or so, and then clear up. Since the lock has been changed, there is no more static. I can't help but think that perhaps the ground of the switch in the door is/was related to the radio as they are connected. Hope this helps someone else with similar problems.

Retainer clips are junk! Will not hold inside door handle and locking rods. Don't buy!
I spent an hour in the hot sun switching out a bad latch for this new latch only to find that after the install was complete and the door was back together that the rod had fallen out of the orange plastic keeper clip that's supposed to hold it in place. I had to dismantle the door again and go through the whole process of removing the new latch to see what the problem was. The two orange plastic clips for the inside door handle and the inside door lock were both defective in that they were not holdiing the rod in place. Oddly enough the clip that controls the door lock button up by the window holds fine, being a completely different part. I haven't even gotten to check to see if the latch is working yet, but the door won't open when the handle rod falls out. Using cheap crap parts on a brand-new part is ridiculous. The wasted time and sweat is bs. I had to drive to auto zone and spend $8 on replacement plastic parts. I may send this back and buy a different brand, but meanwhile I'll have to fight my old broken latch till it gets here. And then tear the door down, fight the rods and electrical connectors and do the job a third time. What junk! the only good thing is I found out before learning the hard way while on the road somewhere, as if that's a consolation.

Funciona bien en mi silverado 2002
Es igual al original, no tienes que modificar nada, solo quitas el viejo y pones esto, solo tomen una foto antes de quitar el viejo para que sepan como colocar exactamente las varillas, funciona muy bien.
