Very good product!

the rope has hard plastic instead of a hard rubber, the rope is like a synthetic plastic instead of actual rope but its not a big deal it works and is the right thickness as you see at a gym. The handles are okay the ropes are solid the link is solid, but I'm a little worried about the strength of the plastic. inside the handle was a little plastic tab left over from the pour. but that was easy to fix I just shoved a file in it and filed it down.

I have a couple resistance band sets, not cheap ones, and a cable machine. I have handles already, so I was buying this set for the ankle straps and tricep rope. I looked at several sets on Amazon and chose this one, and wasn't expecting too much for the cost. Having received them today, I can say if you are looking at other sets, stop and buy this one. The ankle straps are padded with generously sized velcro straps. The tricep rope is thick and looks unbreakable. The handles, which I was just going to set aside as a backup, feel really good in the hand and have a grippy rubber-like coating. Even the carabiners feel heavy and stout, unlike what you usually get with these sets. Highly recommended buy!

These handles have a nice grippy texture with slight give. They don't seem like they will encourage callus growth on the palms.The diameter of the grip is also nice and slightly larger than the standard handles at the gym.The loop makes them extra versatile for leg and hip exercises.These were a great buy for the money.

I bought this for the gym, and I’ve used it plenty of times due to lack of equipment at my local gym. Worth the money!
