[I will update this review as my experience with the PC and the seller progresses.]My overall feeling is that the PC is great but the seller could be better. The bottom line for me is that, even with the minor problems I had, I would buy another of these PCs from this seller.It's totally silent, which is great!It has the latest i7 CPU and a SSD, so it's fast. That too is great!It has four USB 3.0 ports, a USB 2.0 port, an HDMI port and a DP port, plus a SD card slot. All great!It's also quite compact - wonderful!It comes with no documentation. If the seller supported it well, this wouldn't be a problem. But in the box there's a card that says if you leave them a feedback of three stars or less, they will refuse to support you. That is unethical!It arrived and worked for a few days and then wouldn't boot. Turned out it the SSD plug got partially unseated during shipment - an easy fix.When I told him about the problem, the seller told me that if I needed to, I could buy a new SSD and he would pay for it if I sent him the old one back. That's not the best situation, but at least he was supporting his product.Since then it's run completely normally. I really like it.With one exception:When I tried to use the DP port to drive my monitor, I couldn't get it to drive my monitor. Thinking it might be a cable issue, I bought two separate cables - neither would drive the monitor. It seemed that the DP port was dead.So I asked the seller and he told me that it might need an *active* DP cable. It would have been nice to know this before I bought two passive cables. I've now ordered an active cable - I hope that will fix the problem.*** Update: I bought two active DP cables. The first resulted in a rolling, distorted image on my monitor. The second resulted in a stable image, but with a block of static imposed on it, and a screen blackout about every ten seconds. My conclusion is that either this PC can't properly drive an HDMI monitor via an adapter cable, or that the PC and my monitor are incompatible is some way.*** Also note that the DP port mirrors the HDMI port - you get the same video on both. Unfortunately, it is not an independent video output.*** Update: I tried the active DP cable with my monitor and another computer, and all worked fine. I have to conclude that the problem with the PD port is with this PC. It's a small problem, and otherwise, really I love this Kingdel!One more issue with the seller:The PC comes with an unlicensed version of Windows 10. After I received the PC, the seller sent me a message saying that if I left him five star feedback, he'd send me a licensed product key for Windows 10. So I left him a five star feedback.He then wrote me saying that his offer of the licensed product key had expired and he wasn't going to send the licensed product key to me. (In his offer he didn't mention any time limit.)This too is quite unethical!I hope that in the end, the seller will stand by his word, supporting this purchase and also standing by his offer of a licensed Windows 10 Pro product key.*** Update: In response to my letter expressing unhappiness with his email, the seller sent me two keys to activate Windows 10 Pro, saying that he wasn't sure which would work. When I get a free moment, I'll try them.*** Udpdate: I activated Windows 10 Pro and now all is working fine.[I will continue to edit this review as my experience with the seller and the PC continues.](Since I bought this PC, the seller has raised its price $50.)[Updated 6/18/2018: I found out today that the internal WiFi interface is limited to around 175 Mbps. When I use the wired LAN connection, we can get the 300 Mbps that our internet provider offers us. But we can't get it via WiFi, even though our WiFi router offers up to 1600 Mbps. A laptop that we have does 275 Mbps using the same router.]

I am absolutely thrilled with this PC! For years I have been looking for a compact PC for a home theater. I have a 4k smart TV. I watch content from my subscriptions on the Internet, watch movies I've ripped or downloaded and occasionally surf the Net. You'd think I'd have a lot of good choices. Not! There are two kinds of 'compact' PC on the market. Cheap ones with AMD processors that won't play a 1080p movie smoothly, and expensive ones that come without memory, hard drive or an operating system.This unit has an i7 processor, lots of memory and a fast video card. It has an Ethernet jack, imagine that! All I had to do was plug it in! I did not have to a single set up function. It is silent and works flawlessly. And there's no crapware on it.If you want a PC plugged in to your smart TV because you hate trying to navigate Web apps with your remote, and just want to use a mouse, this is the PC for you! (I strongly recommend getting a cable installed from your router.)

I like the form factor (small!) but the whole thing seems a little cheap and poorly assembled.My biggest problem is that from the day I bought it the system would randomly restart approximately every 10-15 days. The Windows error code indicates that it has something to do with the electrical system not working (maybe it's overheating?)As MANY others have noted, the customer service is extremely poor and limited. When I wrote to them, I was basically told in response that there was no problem and that I should just reinstall Windows. This is very frustrating and I feel as if I bought a lemon. I'm afraid I would never take the risk again with Kingdel.

First, I am not a gamer, so what I have to say will not mean much to gamers. But I grew up through the microcomputer revolution. I owned a company that built process control computers for steel mills. Never have I bought a computer that was more like it was designed for me. It oozes quality right where you need it. My old 2010 I7 office computer died. It was time to replace it with something more rugged and a bit faster. The 7500U processor is outstanding. Gamers might want an 8th gen CPU, but I wanted a fast but stable machine. In short: “ I love it”.

I'm using this device to drive a wall-mounted touchscreen from ELO for my home automation system. It fits the bill perfectly - small enough to be mounted in the wall behind the monitor with no fan - so it is silent. The CPU is reasonably fast and a decent amount of memory. I've been running it for a few hours constantly capturing and recording video from four IP cameras - and it is barely warm to the touch which is good news for mounting it in enclosed spaces. My only caution on this device is the seller (I'll be leaving feedback for them separately).

Works great and easy to set up. Wireless is strong and this unit is very fast. No problems whatsoever. Great selelr and esy to work with. Glad I bought it. Love the quickness and it even has Microsoft office installed on it.

I bought four of these for some new hires at my office. One is working ok and three others are rebooting multiple times per day on their own.

Amazingly resilient computer. It is fast and small, so you can take it around with you. Hasn't broken down or overheated. Sometimes we use it for work, sometimes we use it to watch movies on the TV.
