I was skeptical at first, but now I can’t live without it. You hold it in your palm with the round node touching the skin and it creates subtle electrical pulses. There are five levels of electricity and anything over 2 or 3 will actually energize you. The instructions aren’t very detailed, so at first I thought the higher the level the faster it would put me to sleep, and that is NOT the case. To help me fall asleep I always use the lowest setting, which is so low I usually don’t even feel the electrical pulsing, it is very subtle. You don’t need to feel it for it to work. The other levels are strong and keep me awake, and now I sometimes use the higher levels in the morning when I’m trying to become alert. I have been using this device for several weeks now, and it has completely changed my life. I’ve struggled falling asleep for the past year, usually just lying there awake because my brain won’t stop thinking. It surprises me how it could work, but this device does relax me, usually very noticeably. I continue to hold it in my hand until I fall asleep. It takes a very long button press to turn it on or off, but just pressing the Minus ( - ) button will reset the 20-minute timer. I like to read a little in bed before I sleep, and I use the device while reading which does help to relax me. The battery lasts a very long time, and the instructions say it lasts for 50 twenty minute sessions. Another thing is that there have been a few times that I forgot to use it, and after laying awake for 15 minutes I realize I don’t have the device, and each time it immediately relaxes me enough that I doze off before I know it. I ordered another one of these for my mom and it works for her too. We’ve noticed that it doesn’t work as well for either of us the night before a big event or a travel day. Any time where I am much more anxious at night than a normal day, it doesn’t put me to sleep like the other average days — which I would be surprised if it did. But she has struggled with good sleep for years and she now uses this every night too.

You can't review it without giving it at least one star, but it doesn't deserve any. The instructions are sketchy. The design hides the control buttons, you need keen sight and strong light to see them. Tried it for 3 nights and it didn't help me sleep. I was tired and drowsy turned on the device and got in bed. After 1 1/2 hours I was still awake so put it on the shelf. It apparently turns itself off after 15-20 minutes, I had to keep turning it back on. A waste of money.

I have suffered for years with not getting to sleep for 1-3+ hours at the start. I would also wake up 2-4 times after that and then fall asleep again. The FIRST night using it, I fell asleep within 5 minutes, woke up and right away fell asleep and one more time which took 1/2 hour and then asleep! I can feel my body get heavier as I use it laying in my bed (relaxation) plus my mind will tend to stop thinking which is the majority of my issues keeping me awake. After I fall asleep, I usually don't even wake up until morning or a little before but in a deeper sleep! I love love love this little guy! I would really encourage you to try it as it has a 30 day guarantee so why not? The original "Chill Pill" runs 65.00 but this is very powerful and effective so why spend more? Those who don't feel any pulsing most likely don't understand how to use it. You can step up the pulsing after turning on. The best way for me is like a photo of a woman holding it. Just have the metal side facing away from your palm after placing it in your hand. Then, just wrap your fingers around the metal part to where your middle finger is placed on the round metal part right in the middle of the device. NOT your finger tips but the flat part of your middle finger opposite of your fingernail. I promise you, you will feel it! This is the first REAL solution I have come across to calm down my mind to relax my body to sleep in years! No drugs, very inexpensive and effective, go for it!

My kids were always wanting melatonin before bed but I hated giving it to them because of the lack of info on melatonin’s long term effects. I don’t know if this is more of a placebo or if it really works but they’ve been sleeping much better since they started using them. Unfortunately my son’s unit was shocking him via the charging port and then it stopped working about a month after we got it but the other one is still working just fine. I’m exchanging the malfunctioning unit so hopefully this was just a fluke.

Let me be clear, this review is not because it's a bad item, it's because I was expecting low vibrations with different patterns. It is low vibration FREQUENCIES. You have to squeeze it to feel it, and it feels like how electricity sounds, or at least it feels like your pulse rather than outside influence. It's uncomfortable TO ME, but the description of what it feels like according to the listing, was unclear. AGAIN, Frequencies, not regular vibrations. Kind of hard to sleep while squeezing this device to feel it.

I am desperate for something to help me sleep so I figured it couldn't hurt to give this a try- I was wrong. The instructions are not very clear, it looks to be at least partially translated into english- and badly- so I hoped I got the gist of it. Started on lowest setting, could really feel much more than an intermittent tingle at first. while I laid there for a couple hours trying to sleep I noticed my chest was feeling fluttery. then after awhile it was more pronounced and seemed to throb and and off. It took me a little bit to notice the pain was coming and going with the same regularity as the tingle in my hand from the device! Tossed it off the bed and took a walk until I felt settled and haven't been brave enough to try again.

I purchased for my young daughter to see if it could help her to self regulate quicker with her autistic obstacles and to help with the sleep difficulties. After giving it a week, she has used it daily and loves it. It’s helping with regulating when over stimulated, she thinks it tickles and uses it for fun and before bed. My teenage son used it and immediately asked for one. I will be purchasing another one. Thank you

Vraiment déçu. Le produit se décharge très rapidement. Plus de charge après 15 minutes d’utilisation après l’avoir chargé pendant une journée entière. Je n’ai même pas eu chance de savoir si le produit aide au sommeil et l’anxiété. Très déçu
