Q: Are these h11 headlights really as bright as the description?

These are very bright and have a very good light throw. Our Prius Prime has a very nice OEM LED headlight setup that is nice and bright. When I installed these bulbs on our 2014 Chrysler T&C, they were much brighter. I’ve used multiple LED setups, OEM and aftermarket, along with HID kits over the years, and I am very impressed with these.

Q: Do i need capacitor or load resistor with these bulbs?

No. These plug in about as easily as halogen bulbs. The only thing to be mindful of is the current draw. If at first they don’t turn on, pull it out, flip it around, plug back in. These provide the same amount of resistance as your regular bulbs, so you shouldn’t have any errors.
