Quality product :)
When installing, make sure u r in real good lighting so u can clearly see the pins the ear pads fit under. If install is difficult at first, put them down & try again later. Don’t get frustrated! Quality is good, comfortable, soft, fit well. Good product. :)

Comfortable and easy to install - better than the original Pads
Having read other reviews prior to purchase, and haven taken the originals off a few months ago to sew them back together because I did not want to spend money on replacements, I find it amusing that people find these so hard to put on. The original pads from Bose are no easier. Nor more difficult. You just have to get them on, and take your time.As for comfort, I spent a total of 32 hours over 4 nights on very long distance calls wearing these - once for 10 hours at a time, and my ears and head were completely comfortable. No sweaty ears, not too tight, they work perfectly for me.Whether or not they are actually leather from an unshorn lamb (does that mean a lamb that was born hairless, or maybe not fit for commercialization in any way other than to become headphone pads - sorry, that is morbid but this IS leather) is immaterial as they act like leather. They breathe. The previous pads which came on my QC35IIs did not. Buy these.

Finally, an impressive OEM alternative that stays much cooler and breathable
Out of all the aftermarket earpads I've tried, these outshine the OEM and the touted cooling gel variants in terms of breathability and comfort. From my past purchase, many gel-infused earpads claim to remain cool but fall short due to the PU leather used on their sidewalls, which traps hot air. While fabric alternatives might offer better airflow, they often compromise on comfort, leading to increased sweating and irritation, and they tend to have subpar sound insulation. My search for earpads that genuinely offer a cooler experience led me to these gems. Their sidewalls stay much cooler, which significantly reduces the buildup of pressure inside the pads. For an even enhanced cooling effect, pair them with a neck fan!Tip: Before first use, consider applying a leather cleaner/conditioner to the earpads. They might initially feel a tad "paper-ish," but with body heat and leather conditioning, they should soften over time. I would've appreciated a slightly denser memory foam padding, though this might compromise the exceptional breathability they currently offer. So, If you're on a quest for earpads that prioritize keeping your ears cool and delivering unmatched comfort, these will do the job pretty darn well.

These are comfortable but don't seal as well as original
My ear pads were flaking so I bought these. These were easily installed and are very comfortable, but the foam is not as soft and compressible and, thus, does not seal out noise as well as the originals. While I wanted the lambskin for its durability, I would probably buy the other kind in retrospect for the better noise reduction.

Exact fit for Bose QC15
The cushions were easy to install, although the neuropathy in my hands gave me some trouble until I got the hang of it. By then, I was done. I mention that just in case someone else out there has a similar issue. You can do it, but it may take some patience at first. For most people this will not be a problem.I thought it odd (but OK) that the instructions suggested you watch a U-Tube video or two before you started, rather than providing that sort of guidance directly. I did, and it was indeed helpful.I haven't worn them a lot yet, and not at all in a noisy environment (e.g. on a plane), but allowing for the fact that they're brand new I find them comfortable and they seem to control the noise I have been in with them without a problem.I didn't use the scrims (but I saved them for possible future use) because the originals are still perfectly clean and in good condition. I wonder, though, about these scrims. The originals are notched to fit inside the cup, while the replacements are not. Whether that is an issue, I can't say. But if so, it would be easy to address with a pair of scissors - and some caution.

excelent quality of materials, and comfort
I found installing the new earpads a bit more involved. However, after 20 minutes the effort was worth it. overall they are more than what I expected.

Good quality, easy install.
Good quality and easy to install in 15 minutes or so. My Bose QC35ii’s are from 2019 and were getting a little ratty, leaving black flakes around my ear. I put these on and have used them for multiple long haul trips since. I can’t comment as to whether they’re more comfortable than stock, but they’ve allowed me to extend the life of my headphones and avoid laying out big money.

It fits the head set
The instruction was simple and the tool is useful if you need to push the cushion in.Hopefully it is lamb skin as stated then no flaking will happen. It still feel good and soft. Doesn't feel as hot comparing with the original.
