It's great!
It's a great design with a quality build. The kids abuse it and its holding up no problem. Great in the pool also.

These are not impervious to cuts or punctures
Don’t spend more than you need they will last if you baby them… clear the snow of branches/stray pieces of broken sleds and the like. I’ve purchased at least 15 different ones. The only one that can run over stuff is the hard plastic bottom.

Awesome but Need to inflate outside
At first I thought this product was lousy because shortly after bringing it outside in the snow, it began deflating. It didn’t have a hole or anything, and we hadn’t even sat on it yet, but it deflated to a point where it was unusable. The next day, I found the box and inside was a sheet of paper with instructions on how to inflate. Apparently you need to inflate this outside in the cold. If you inflate it inside your house where it is warm and then bring it outside to use, it will deflate. Not super convenient, but at least it wasn’t unusable like I had thought. Also - make sure before you bring it back inside that you let some of the air out. It will expand once in the warm house, and if you don’t release some of the air first, it will pop. Aside from needing to find a way to get my air pump to work outside to inflate this, the product is great. Super sturdy. I bought it for my 4 year old, but it’s big enough and durable enough for my husband and I to use, too.

Great on soft snow, awful the day after
These were "santa" gifts for our kids, 4 and 6. They worked fantastic the day it snowed -- six inches or so and the kids loved sledding on the hills in them. They're big enough for two kids or a kid and a parent, no problem. They felt safe and sturdy and the kids loved them, and they were a hit with the other folks on the hill as well.However... a day later, back at the same hill, and on the very first run down the hill the unicorn sled with one adult and the 4 year old in it was completely ruined. There were three gashes on the bottom of the tube, each easily three or four inches long -- just from going over some of the frozen snow at the bottom of the hill. The thing deflated almost immediately, leaving a devastated tearful 4yo wailing that her "santa" present was broken. Some reviews mentioned they came with patch kits; ours didn't for whatever reason, and in any case, no patch kit in the world would fix all three of those gashes. I reordered a duplicate (it WAS from Santa, after all, and the 4 yo was heartbroken, especially since the 6 yo's tube survived... sibling rivalry is a thing, y'all), and we'll probably still use them, but only on fresh snow or in water. Definitely disappointed by the longevity of a whopping day as they were otherwise great.

grand daughter loved it
Sturdier than I expected, and holds up well in the cold. Four year old and her mom went down the hill several times with no problem.

Big and Sturdy!
This tube blows up fast. I have a 12V pump I use in my car. THe tube has a big opening for the valve. Took about a minute. I weigh 240 lbs. and this carried me down the hill like a breeze. The only thing you may want to do is add a rope on one of the handles to pull it back up.

Short lived
The media could not be loaded. I bought a couple of these cheap inflatables for the very little snow we were anticipating in Texas. I have to review this fairly because it was meant for snow…. Not rigid sharp ice. We knew they would only last a few rides before the bottom getting ripped. I’m not sure if most people know this but you inflate it indoors and then set it out in the cold to adjust. The air will shrink inside of it and it looks deflated but you blow it up again outside and leave it outside to retain its pressure. My daughter is 13 in this video and she is 5’7” so not small by any means.

BEST I'VE EVER OWNED
The media could not be loaded. Sledding on these tubes was way better than any other tubes we have ever owned. Most other tubes are not made of a thick enough material and puncture easily. These are made durable enough that even I (at about 230-240 pounds) was able to ride them multiple times. We sledded for about 4 to 5 hours and I only inflated them one time in between and it was a very minor amount. The one way valve is AWESOME and the rapid inflate/deflate plug makes it so fast to do both. In the video I'm posting you see my heavy butt going down a hill, I'm 5'5 so you can see these are fairly decent size. They were also the hit of the entire place, many kids and adults wanted to ride them when they saw how fast and far we were able to go down the hill. Many people wrote down the name to get home and buy one of their own. I paid for the protection insurance ($3 each), but if I hadn't, and if it ever popped I would definitely purchase another one. The price is extremely Fair for as good of quality as this is. Highly recommend for the whole family.

Fun for the Money
Purchased 3 of these (3 different styles). 2/3 have been used once in the snow in minus 23-degree Celcius weather. One of the other styles held up to the test no issue. The dragon did not fare so well, it had a slow leak from a tiny hole in the tail. The patch kit included came in handy. Have yet to test the durability of the patch kit as it has been -40-degree weather and too cold to be outside for long. Assuming that the durability of the plastic degrades in the colder conditions. On the positive side, these are a great cushy ride all the way down the hill, whether leaning ones head on the head or tail of the animal. They are quite fast (but still can't outrun a saucer style toboggan) I think they are a great value for the money. Saw some kids with the $70 ones that are usually towed behind a vehicle and they did not go as fast nor were they as large. Eye catching and loads of fun. Kids fit great, grown-ups also! Now I want one for me.

The best tube ever: comfortable stable, safe and more :-)
I received the product last week and used it today as first time. So far so perfect :-) We went today to Mont-Royal in Montreal. My daughter and I loved it. It's so comfortable, safe, stable and looks durable. I asked My friend who is tall 6'2 and about 225 pounds or more to sit and sled in to ensure this tube support the weight, and he loved it; he is planning to buy for her daughter and himself. To inflate it I used my hair dryer machine in cold temperature. It was so easy and fast. I hope your car is big enough to have the tube inflated inside. I beleive you can add an adapter to your car air pump and just inflate it there.

Dangerous!
Beware: the product is very “jumpy” and is not suitable for little kids since any bump in the hill results in the tube flipping over. Additionally, it is nearly impossible to maneuver or stop in a controlled manner.

Very nice.
The kids are the talk of the hill when we show up with these. They give me a sense that they are well made, durable and good thickness on the bottom so they shouldn't tear easily.
