Just Thrive sounded fantastic Expensive but I tried it and had a bad reaction.Body flushing with racing pulse. I suggest if on blood pressure medication or cholesterol tablets be aware that it might interfere with certain meds

Life saver!
This probiotic has been a life saver for me! My health fell apart after a round of cephalexin antibiotics over 9 years ago. Poor digestion was the root cause, likely caused by the antibiotic wiping out important organisms in my microbiome. While I have clawed my way back to decent health, my stomach always hurt after I ate (except on the carnivore diet), regardless of how clean my diet was. I tried many other probiotics and specific strains based on recommendations from various sources (often reputable, but sometimes just anecdotal ones), but they usually made me feel worse or only marginally better. After running my problems and genetic data through AI, it recommended I try this type of probiotic, as many of the ones I tried are actually not appropriate for both my genetics and my specific health issues. Who knew! Well, it was right - this probiotic has drastically improved my gut function (no more stomach aches when I eat and improved regularity of bowel function), which has helped my mood, decreased my physiologically-induced anxiety, and restored my energy level, which had been chronically low for almost a decade. I can’t say enough good things about this probiotic. There is a similar one, but it can only be ordered through a practitioner, so I am sticking with this one since it works so well!

Effective multi-part supplement
I've been taking this supplement daily on my doctor's recommendation. It does not need to be refrigerated, and it is said that because this probiotic is spore-based, it makes it all the way into the gut without being ruined by stomach acid, and it contains antioxidant properties. Some longstanding G.I. issues of mine have cleared up, and that coincides with my taking this supplement. It's pricey, but for me is well worth it.
