Fit was a little big. I went with the XXL I’m 6”3 250 pounds and it was big on me. Quality was cheap, the first day I wore it the chest pocket almost ripped off. Highly disappointed with mossy oak on this one and I’m a mossy oak guy through and through

I would recommend going a size smaller overall it’s a great shirt It does look more dull than what it displays in the picture but that is the whole point of Camouflage.
