The earphones have not worked properly since the gift was opened! Only one side works and reaching out to Raycon via their web site twice has produced no response! I understand it is the holidays but answer! The sound on the one side that does work is good!

I was contemplating on getting these or the Consair earbuds instead but I thought these were more affordable, so why not. I have a few Raycon products by now and they are all consistently really good in my opinion. The best feature of these headphones are the memory foam cushions, the battery life, and the different sound cancelling options. Active noise cancellation got my back especially since I'm working from home!

The headphones are quite noisy. Noise cancellation is not very effective in filtering out the background noise.

This is my second pair of Raycons, and they are a really good headset and the mic is moveable (bendy and stays where you move it. The mic can drop out if not solidly inserted. Did have a bit of a glitch with it not responding, but after a few minutes, it went back to normal. Not quite the same fit as my first Raycons, but still nice, and lighter than they look.

Nothing like wandering around the house with headphones on. Love these a lot.I would say the only downside is once you get maybe 15-20 feet in the house then you start losing reception and lose it.....and the microphone can be cranky.But in my case I mostly got them for the wireless feature to not be tangled in cords and for the sound. And they deliver. Makes my day every day at work

I bought these 6 months ago. I only used these for work. I spent a lot more money than I usually do, because I knew I'd use them a lot while working and taking video calls. I also only used them while working on my work machine. Never connected them to any other devices.WHEN IT WORKS, the experience is great. Comfort great! I liked the noise cancelation and awareness mode settings. I'm not an audiophile, but I thought it sounded good.BUT it would frequently disconnect when exclusively when I was on Zoom calls, often making me feel flustered and embarrassed. The disconnections also weren't related to battery life or other devices tying to switch connection (I only connected them to my work machine). This is unacceptable for higher end head phones.The nail in the coffin for me though was 4 days ago, I was logging on to get some work done, I unplugged my headphones from their charger and turned them on to connect to my MacBook. I put them on my ears to catch the tail end of the "Rayconnnn" stinger followed by "Power On." My headphones then started to say "Connected," but got caught on the "ct" and just continued to repeat "ctctctctctctctctctctctct" ad infinitum.I tried holding the power button for 30 seconds to reset them like the troubleshooting guide on their website suggested, but it wasn't successful. I have been waiting for the last 96 hours for this battery to die, but I'm convinced at this point that it's either possessed or lasting 3X its normal battery length out of spite.

I've had the headphones for a couple of days now and they have been working great. They could be a tad bit louder for the volume but other than that, they are comfortable and secure while I'm working out at the gym.
