Bachmann makes a quality product.
Bachmann makes good track. It makes for an easy setup. Some in the hobby may have some negative comments, but it works, is reliable and can be used in a layout and look good. I am expanding my track so that I can be more versatile.

I have an 8x4 layout built in my garage, using EZ track. I had noticed the train would stall or derail around one corner, and realized the track was warped, causing the engine to lift off the rail. Before the layout I ran my trains on the floor so the track would get stepped on every now and then, eventually causing damage. I bought this pack to replace the damaged corner and the train runs perfectly now! No stalls, no derailments. Bachmann EZ track is perfect for a simple layout like mine or for running a train around the christmas tree, just do your best not to step on it if you do have it on the floor.

I love the Snap-Fit - E-Z track type.
I love this track style, bit pricey but what is not these days. It is not as secure as the Snap Loc style track but it is easier to work with and much more stable then the standard track style. I do not like the Snap Loc style so this is my forever track for right now.
