I’ve now had this humidifier for a little over a year. It’s still working just as good as when it was new, out of the box.It creates a cool, yet dry, mist to add moisture to the surrounding area. I did purchase a set of demineralization pods to put in the water tank. This helps cut down on any white dust caused by the minerals in the water.The unit is practically silent. There is the most faint hum from the pump. Also, you do hear the sound of dripping water from time to time but that does not bother us.Cleaning this unit is a breeze! No tiny areas that you struggle to reach. The unit is solid and durable. It has a clean professional look that would match any decor.All in all, a great find and buy!

This humidifier came well packaged, was easy to set up and just requires water. Within minutes of turning the unit on, you can feel a significant improvement in the room and made it feel very spa like with the cool mist. Even on the highest speed, the unit is very quiet and you can easily hold a phone call even when only a couple feet away. We live in AZ where the air is really dry, especially in our office. It produces Tons of humidity and can easily fill the entire office by itself. Seems well made (strong plastic, well finished), the remote and functions all work great. ("Sleep" allows the unit to remain on and turns off the display light) I am impressed with this humidifier so far and would recommend.

Updated 11/27/2023. Don't waste your money. Rating it one [1] star now is more than it deserves. At first the humidifiers worked great. Then, they didn’t. And, after only less than three [3] months! We had followed Toutouan’s instructions and wiped out the unit every time we filled it, but it didn’t matter, it stopped working. I bought them on July 30, 2023, they were delivered August 1, 2023. Stopped working on October 30, 2023. On November 6, 2023, I emailed Toutouan a copy of our Toutouan One-Year Warranty card, our receipt from the purchase, and our information. I didn’t hear anything back from them. So, I contacted Amazon about a week later. I was told by Amazon that they would contact Toutouan and if I didn’t hear anything from them by November 20, 2023, to contact Amazon again. I didn’t hear anything from Toutouan so I tried to contact Amazon again. However, when I went to the link I had last time, it wasn’t there anymore. So, on November 23, 2023, I wrote Toutouan another email about the humidifier not working after less than three [3] months, I attached a copy of our Toutouan One-Year Warranty card, our receipt for the purchase, and our information. It is now November 27, 2023, and I haven’t heard anything from anyone. Both Toutouan and Amazon left us with no recourse even though the humidifier is still under the Toutouan One-Year Warranty!!! I am so upset. I spent so much money on these humidifiers. If you need a humidifier, then buy one from a more reliable company that stands behind their product and stands behind their own warranty. This company leaves you out in the cold. Their product is obviously not made well and their One-Year Warranty is meaningless.We couldn’t be happier with these humidifiers! We bought two of the 21L humidifiers in July of 2023; one for upstairs and one for downstairs. We live at an elevation of 4,200 ft. in the high desert/mountains of Southern California. It gets cold and dry in the winters [snows at times] and hot and dry in the summer. We were suffering from dry eyes, dry skin and dry mouths which is why I started looking around at humidifiers to buy. I was looking for humidifiers that we didn’t have to refill numerous times throughout the day and night. I had it down to two different humidifiers and decided to try this one as it was less expensive, it was large enough to fill only once a day, covered the area needed, and I could get them delivered within two days. They were very easy to put together and are very easy to use. They both work efficiently, quietly, and are easy to fill. I’ve read some of the other reviews on here about them having problems refilling the tanks or that it’s messy to fill them. We haven’t had those problems. We take the top stack off first, then the small upper tank [for a lack of a better description] which leaves just the large bottom water tank which is quite easy to fill with no messy spills. First, we fill a bucket, which has handles, with water and then pour the water into the water tank of the humidifiers. We view the waterline from the inside when filling it which is very easy to see so you don’t overfill it. We have RO water, so I guess we have it easier than people that need to buy distilled water. The units are quiet, easy to program, easy to move around, and they automatically shut off when there is no water left in them. We do have hardwood floors, but the humidifier that is upstairs sits on a small area rug. Some reviewers said it doesn’t roll on carpet, but I think that is a given when the unit is weighed down with that much water: it’s heavy so naturally it’s going to sink down into a rug or carpet. If you want to move the unit to a different location, common sense hopefully tells you it might be better to wait to move the unit when it is low on water or needs refilling. If you're looking for a humidifier that covers a large area, is easy to set up, easy to use, and is a reasonably priced; we recommend the Toutouan Tower Humidifier for 2000 sq ft Large Room, 21L/5.2Gal Top Fill 360° Rotation Nozzle!! I have 4 humidity sensors (2 different brands). They more or less agree with each other.But the humidifier displays random values. Sometimes 99%, sometimes closer to reality - 45%.So it cannot keep a humidity level I set.Fun noise is stronger than a PC, but does not bother much.It does not turn back on when power restores after an outage.Powerful. Good instructions.

Does what it claims. Very quiet. The 8l/2.11 gal is misleading. When I 1st got it I added 2 gals of water and turned it on. It did not work properly. I checked it and noticed the water level was over the fill line and once I removed about a quart of water it worked great. It only holds about 7 quarts of water to the max fill line. That lasts right at 24hrs running at max which is perfect - I fill it the same time every day. Its nice that when it runs out of water it cuts off which is not the case w/ my other humidifier. I'll probably order a 2nd one.

Great humidifier, basically noiseless, produces a noticeable amount of humidity. Great to to use next to plants, they visibly thrive better too. However I started to have some technical issues with it 6 months later after the purchase, but customer service was on point and quickly resolved my problem by replacing the humidifier.

I've had this for about 6 months now and it runs pretty often to keep my apartment at 45% consistently. The motor is quiet and it pumps out a lot of mist. I only use RO/DI water, which is just as pure as distilled. Do NOT use tap water in this. For years I had evaporative humidifiers that use a wick to gather water, and having to replace them monthly at $30 a pop made them pretty costly. Plus they are louder as they have fans to push out the humidity. This thing is so much quieter and most of the noise is a pleasant dripping sound inside the unit. Ultrasonic is the way to go, and I recommend this humidifier.
