Natural way to kill pests.
I have used Nematodes before for possible termites. This time it's to kill fleas, grubs and other garden pests. The application is easy and these are safe to use.

They sure are!
Last ones ordered over a year ago. Still have lady bugs. So COOL! Haven't seen an aphid or spider mite in eightish months.

Delivered alive and ready to go!
I ordered the 50mil triple blend, they were alive, active, and ready to go! I used about 1/2 about a day after receiving them. I stored the rest in the fridge for about another week before reapplying. I checked them both times with a little pocket miroscope and both times they were alive and active. A few days before I got this order I had purchased a similar triple blend (different brand) that only had 5 million reported, that I found at a local Nursery for $25. A significantly higher cost comparatively, but when I checked the nursery bought nematodes, they were not moving around and did not appear to be alive. I'm not 100% sure that they were all dead because they weren't stick straight but they definitely weren't moving. When I called to tell them they were not alive, the people at the nursery said they weren't sure if they were actually supposed to move around or not. After getting this product from Nature's good guys, I'm pretty sure they were supposed to be moving around, because these guys were all over the place as soon as they touched water! I won't buy from a nursery again because there's no guarantee how long it's been sitting on the shelf. At least ordering Direct, I think there's a much higher chance that the nematodes will be alive and kicking. I have no idea if the nematodes will work their magic. I'm hoping it will be able to infect and kill some hibernating roaches, termites, and maybe some grubs and stink bugs. I live in Arizona and in the summer when these bugs are active it's way too hot and dry for nematodes, so I'm doing it now when it's cool and wet. -Pro tip: don't waste your time wetting the ground before and after if there's any rain in the forecast, just spray them out on a rainy day! Make sure to check your conditions before ordering! They need to have a damp/moist environment, ideally between 70° and 50°. Don't bother if it's above 90° out, I also wouldn't bother if it's dry and hot unless you really want to be out there wetting the ground every hour. And don't release them in the middle of the day when it's sunny, because they're sensitive to the sunlight.

I know what you are thinking . . .
Do these things REALLY work? That is the big question on everyone's mind. Between the worries of "are they still alive" & "did i kill them" to "how do i know if it worked" & "when will i know if it worked", these aren't really things that the home user can see for themselves. It's not like a pesticide where you see the dead bodies of the things that you are killing. These little guys not only work below the dirt, but they work from within what you want to die. So it's a double unseen force. Now in my case, i had a few carpenter ant colonies, hundreds of thousands of japanese beetles, & other little pests that were causing issues. After the first year's application, under i must say not the greatest of conditions, the ant colonies were dead, & the beetles were diminished. Which was a promising first go. The following year's conditions were even worse than the first, from issues with application to an extremely dry season. So the next year's results were a little less than stellar, but the beetles were still reduced. We're hoping that this year we get better results.

Finally - An Organic Solution That Actually Works for Fungus Gnats!
I've tried EVERY organic and natural treatment possible to knock out a persistent and incredibly heavy fungus gnat infestation in my houseplants - hydrogen peroxide, neem oil, cinnamon, mosquito bits, even another brand of nematodes from Amazon. Nothing had worked. NaturesGoodGuys was the only product that finally did what it claimed. Shipping was impressively fast and handled with care...FedEx Priority Overnight from Oregon to NYC, insulated between two gel ice packs. Even though my package was delivered at room temperature, the nematodes inside were still alive and active. I unpacked them right away and placed the sealed organism packets in the fridge (inside their original bubble sleeve to reduce light exposure) as recommended. Following the clear instructions, I mixed and watered all my indoor plants. The results: gnat numbers visibly dropped about 30% per week, and by the fourth week—none at all. I haven’t seen a single gnat in the last week, and my plants are healthy and happy. No more tiny bugs buzzing my screen, face, and lights. You can probably find cheaper nematode products, but these are the real deal. They arrive alive, shipped fast, and with clear instructions. I’m so happy with the result that I’m putting NaturesGoodGuys on my subscribe and save list for future auto-orders. Can’t recommend highly enough if you want a true biological pest control solution that works.

Useless for japanese beetles, squash borers, aphids, and more
I followed the instructions EXACTLY. I received the product. I immediately put the product in the refrigerator. We waited until we had several rainy days forecast, then applied using a new sprayer following directions exactly (waited a few minutes time they advised before spraying, and sprayed it WELL within the suggested 6 hour limit). This was all done WELL within the time frame the seller suggested, only a week after receiving product. We made sure the ground was watered regularly. We applied generously. We did the suggested repeat application a few weeks later. BUT THAT WAS NOT ALL WE DID. You see, as a gardener who doesn't use pesticides, I was so excited to think this product was going to naturally help control pest bugs that I ordered MORE. I wanted a great garden this year and based on the rave reviews I reordered a bigger size. Despite the ludicrous shipping, both times the cold pack was not cold when we received it BUT they said this is no problem if the item doesn't smell (it did NOT). I put the item in fridge immediately as both times I was home when it was delivered (I work from home). SO I did MORE applications a few weeks apart, exactly per instructions. AND DID I MENTION I FOLLOWED ALL THE INSTRUCTIONS EXACTLY AS PER THE DIRECTIONS? Because that's just how I roll. I was careful and wanted it to work. I EVEN ASKED MY NEIGHBOR WHO HAS A GARDEN IF I COULD "SHARE" MY OVERPRICED NEMATODES WITH HER, AND SHE KINDLY LET ME SPRAY HER GARDEN - BECAUSE I DIDN'T WANT HER BUGS HATCHING AND COMING OVER TO MY *FANCY SCHMANCY NEMATODE PROTECTED PEST-FREE GARDEN* You see, I was going all in. I was in it to win it and going ALL THE WAY, doing everything this product directions said to do AND spraying my neighbor's garden too! So, after all that... here were the results (the below bugs were all bugs this product stated it controlled): Today I had to put row covers on all cucurbits because the squash vine borer was back darn her, I found eggs on stems & leaves and had to pick 'em off. I've been going out many times a day all week catching Japanese beetles by the dozen and feeding them to my ducks. The cabbage butterfly caterpillars were back so I had to bust out the neem oil (which I wanted to avoid). The red beetle things were back eating lilies (not that I care about lilies, we don't eat them). Caterpillars everywhere devouring my apple and pear trees and rose bushes. We have aphids but BLESS MY ARMY OF PAPER WASPS, LADYBUGS AND PARASITOID WASPS, they always control aphids for me, our aphids never get out of control or cause any real plant damage. Oh and the garden roaches? Plenty of 'em. Now I have to buy MORE expensive row cover and hoops to cover my pumpkin and watermelon because you can be SURE the borers will go after those if they can't get my covered squash and zucchini. This product was a HUGE WASTE OF MONEY AND EFFORT. My garden is no better off than usual, and I am an AVID gardener who spends lots of time in my garden and we have lots of good bugs, birds, etc. The bugs that I was concerned with stopping were listed on this product as working. If you have an aphid problem, this won't help. I saw the same amount of aphids as always, but again, my beneficial bugs always get them. And the japanese beetles! I have to manually get them and I always win the war because me and my kids go out daily and catch them in jars and feed them to the ducks (we call the quack snacks) but I was hoping not to have to do that this year. So, in a nutshell, this product DID NOT WORK and I so, so wanted it to.

Just didn't work for wireworms. Edited Twice
This just didn't work and I'm not sure why. I refrigerated the package immediately and applied them later that evening after soaking the lawn first. I used a thermometer to get the water temperature correct. I removed the filter from my pump sprayer. I shook the canister gently to stir it up and applied the entire canister to 2 4x8 beds, 14 pots, and the ground surrounding the beds. I watered everything afterwards as well. I watered everything every day after than until we got rain and then watered again when we didn't. 5 days ago I dug up both of the beds only to find a total of 81 worms still alive. I dug 6 feet today to see if things had changed and found 7 almost immediately. I have nowhere to plant my entire dahlia crop at this point. We never had issues until we got dirt for the new garden beds. I'm strongly considering nuking the beds and pots with systemic pest management spray like Ortho or something. I have no other choice-wireworms have a 5 year life span and eat almost all vegetables, fruit trees, and flowering shrubs and plants. I will be contacting the company to maybe try again or find another solution. Edit: The company is sending another batch and I'll try again. They say i probably have a severe infestation. They have been great to communicate with. Edit: It has taken some time for me to get back to this, but I still have wireworms in my dahlias at the end of October. I will be trying again in the Spring from this company. It is working, just slowly.

4 oz in 50 million package
I left 5 stars because I had to select something to leave this info. It’s really too soon to tell if it works as I just applied it. I was surprised that there wasn’t more mixing info. I didn’t want to use it all at once but without knowing how much was in the package it was hard to guess. So for anyone interested, my 50 million package contained 4 oz of powder. The consistency is like cake mix. I used 1 TBSP to 1 gallon of water which should make 8 gallons for the whole package. Looks like you could go almost 1 TBSP for two gallons for light applications. I’m trying to knock out ants so went on the stronger side. Hope this is helpful.
