I needed these last minute for a wedding and my local favorite store was all out of stock. Amazon always comes through and delivered the morning before the wedding. They worked great and my curls last all day!

Easy to use. Holds well, but do not recommend sleeping with them.

The plastic teeth and snap-on cover are what make these rollers work, and also what make them a little difficult. The first time I took these out, I absolutely created tangles, knots, and pulled a bunch of hair out. With more experience, I have a much easier time removing the rollers. I recommend dividing hair in one-inch sections and combing them thoroughly with the included rattail comb. If the sections are combed smooth before being rolled up, you're way less likely to get knots. Also be mindful of how you tuck in/secure the ends of your hair in the roller - this can cause that last inch or so to tangle, frizz, or look bent or creased instead of curled. Do NOT remove them by pulling the plastic teeth through the section of hair! If you have to yank, you're doing it wrong! Unwrap the curl from the roller and then separate, comb through with a pick, or however you prefer to style tight curls. I have pin-straight thick but fine hair that comes just barely to the top of my shoulders, and I had to buy two packs to cover my whole head. Starting with damp hair sprayed with diluted setting lotion (1/3 setting lotion, 2/3 water) gives me the best results.

My comb broke upon using it, very flimsy and cheap material. Also heads up. This stuff is like gorilla glue because it doesn't uncurl from around your hair no matter how careful you unwrap the hair. Had to cut my hair off just to free it. Would not recommend just get foam rollers 😀
