I have worn this brand of insert for 4-5 years. I would highly recommend them. I walk 10 plus miles a week and could definitely tell a difference when I replaced my old ones. Have several now and wear them in most of my shoes.

The tops feel like suede and fit well. I bought 2 more because I like them so much.

I like the everything style of a simple tennis type shoe, but the footbed doesn’t support my foot. I had previously bought Aetrex inserts, so I bought a new pair for my new casual shoes
