Nobsound T3 MM Phono Preamp Record Player Preamplifier HiFi Turntable Amplifier

If you have a Sonos sound system the Nobsound T3 MM Phono Preamp is an excellent tool for linking a MM turntable to an AMP unit. It is simplicity itself to set up and integrate into your sound system. I am extremely happy with it. There are tube units which do the same function, but in the limitations of a domestic setup this unit is powerful enough to manage a wide range of music styles (Dark folk, psychedelic, metal, punk, jazz, reggae, classical and spoken word.

I have an older Dual turntable and a high end Pioneer Elite receiver but regrettably the low level phono input on the receiver lost a channel. I had an open high level CD input on the receiver but needed a preamp to use it with the Dual. I tried another preamp in this price range but it was very low in volume and grainy sounding. I returned it and bought this as it has a volume control. Wow, this preamp sounds more clear, detailed and dynamic then the build in preamp on the receiver. I leave it powered on and hidden behind the receiver and it performs excellent. Very happy with this purchase and at this price point, sounds excellent.

The Rolls VP29 was sold out and I needed an affordable preamp. The FX-Audio Box01 is typically my go to, but when that was sold out as well, I had to try this one. I gotta say, it's every bit as good as the previously mentioned ones. The volume control is smooth and reliable, the device itself doesn't pick up any interference that I could notice and the maximum gain is decently loud for quieter pickups. I would buy again.
