Mosquito Control
Great product and we feel they work well to fend off/kill the mosquitoes and larvae......and, you just have to add water!

Pricey but effective
Put three of these in my back yard on a 0.25 acre lot. After four weeks I think we have 90% fewer mosquitoes than last summer. It doesnt kill them all, but I dont get bit a lot this summer. The traps seem to be effective on my parcel that doesnt have a lot of water sources. I suspect they would not be nearly as effective on properties with lots of other water sources for mosquito propagation. I think they are pricy for the simple device that they are, but I would buy them again rather than spray my yard every few weeks. The traps are definitely less harmful to pollinators than spraying.Update: After they have expired (3 months) I am reusing these containers and putting mosquito dunks in them, which are pretty cheap. Hopefully these containers can be reused and just as effective.

Doesn’t work
I had high hopes for this product. Especially after reading so many success stories in the reviews. These traps look and feel solid. They are much bigger than expected and feel like they can last a couple of seasons.sure. Sadly, this is where the positives end.To my dismay, these traps don’t trap any mosquitos. It certainly seems to attract them since I now see MORE mosquitos in the area but this product is doing nothing to kill them or to stop them from breeding and multiplying. Utterly disappointing and a total waste of money. Do not buy.

May or may not have worked
I really didn’t notice if it cut down on the mosquitoes or not. But I did like the containers. After the three months or less usable time expired, I been bought the larvicide “donuts” and put portions one inside the container with water and was able to reuse the containers.

Great results
We live on just under half an acre in the suburbs but have terrible mosquitos. For the last few years I’ve had our lawn professionally sprayed until I found out about the effects of mosquito spraying to pollinators (also have pollinator gardens). I had the spraying stopped and purchased these shortly after. I believe these take about 2-3 weeks to “kick in” (which makes sense considering they target the larvae/eggs). The results are outstanding. I went from barely being able to be outside (10-20 bites per hour) to no bites in the last week and my kids are the same. My mom didn’t know I bought them and commented on the decreased mosquitos recently as well. I did use 2 traps for my lot. Very happy customer.

Doesn’t work
Bought this thinking I would hang it from a tree and water it when needed. I did that. After over 3 weeks I still have a lot of mosquitoes and other critters waiting at the door. I don’t like it at all.

This Works
I have used these for a couple of years and felt like they worked pretty well. I decided to try another similar type of trap because it was a little cheaper. The other traps did not work at all. After a month of getting bitten many times I went back to the Inzetco trap and it started to work within a few days. Yes you have to replace it monthly but it is still cheaper than sprays and it wont kill bees. I will keep using these each summer.
