Can I use the screws without the anchors on a drywall ceiling?

Unless you are hitting a stud the answer is no. The screw will come right out of the drywall. NEVER use a screw without an anchor unless your hitting a stud.

Could I screw these into stucco?

yes. You can use a percussion drill to drill holes first, and then put them into the expansion pipe. Screw in the screws again.

Do these only come in gold? Ive ordered them in white twice now and i Ive been been sent gold each time. Maybe spray paint will help.
