Can not return
Not what I expected cant really do much with out the proper systems for it to be used on, according to Amazon I can not return product unless through FedEx which is 7.99Shipping returns should not cost anything. Drop offs are over 15 miles from home.

the item quality is not so good that it is broken when unboxed brand new.

Doesn’t seem to react well
For a start it took me ages to figure out how to turn these things on! There didn’t seem to be any instructions to explain you had to press its nose. Once I figured that out we put some music on at a reasonable volume but the tails only reacted when we held it right next to the speaker. As soon as it was moved slightly away it didn’t seem to react to the music anymore and actually seemed to react more to movement if we shook it for example. Kids lost interest pretty quickly as it wasn’t reacting like it should

Not worth the money
I couldn’t even find any instructions for this. £10 for a tiny fluffy thing that slightly lit up next to music. I don’t understand the hype. It was a birthday present for my daughter and a total waste which annoys me when you are a low income family !

Personally thought this absolute waste of money, 9yr old Granddaughter not impressed and frankly neither was I.
