Cord space too small.
Arrived on time. Does not come with the little metal piece that holds the cord in place. Luckily I had the one from my broken one. Went to install and while it is the perfect size to fit into the couch the opening for the cord to be placed is too small. I tried to widen the space and a piece snapped. Being metal and not being a very strong person I didn't expect it to break so easily. Even though it broke I don't feel it's worth the time and effort to return or exchange it. The small space now a huge gap the cord fits and the metal piece seems to hold it enough. I taped the small piece back into place and it seems to function nicely. For now anyways.

Just a three inch piece of plastic with no viable use that I can possibly ascertain.

Well made, but the slot for the cable is very narrow and did not fit my cable. However, easily fixed
It is a well made product, more sturdy than the original. It was a perfect fit apart from the slot for the cable, which was too narrow to fit the existing cable. However, this was easily corrected with a small metal file.
