I use this on my boat. It sits up next to me. I set it down where the window meets the fiberglass. It holds no problem all day.

I'm not sure what's wrong with this one, because we have an older one that works pretty well, but this one doesn't work reliably. It's un-tippable maybe 50% of the time. Very strange.

I do like it, and have used it on my paddle board and it’s stayed put. But I noticed when I put it on my countertop (I think it depends on the surface) that if water gets under it, it does the opposite as advertised. It started to slide around and when I tried to lift it, it was suctioned to my counter. The top is poorly made. It is difficult to take off and leaks.

I bought these for my mom on Mother's Day for their boat at the Lake of Ozarks. They keep their drinks cold and never tip, even when the lake is busy. Great buy.
