I originally ordered the XL because my original garment from surgery was an XXL which was now too loose. However, they were different brands and this brands XL was just too small. I re-ordered this in XXL and it fit perfect! For reference, I am 6 ft and about 230 (34/36 pants, large shirt size). I work out regularly so I have a larger chest and arms. Again, this fit spot on and I’m now getting the compression I need while still getting the proper fit.Comparing this to my original garment my surgeon gave me, I was a bit skeptical at first since it seemed a bit thinner. However as soon as I put it on I noticed instantly that it was more comfortable, especially under the leg/groin area. It fit much better and wasn’t pulling/riding up. This was a big relief from my old garment. The second thing I noticed is that the compression under the arms and around the chest is much better than my old garment. It gets a little annoying behind the back/under arm area, but I’ll deal with it since it’s compressing and doing its job much better than the old garment which didn’t compress at all in this area.. leaving me with bulges out the sides.The garment also has a nice lining inside that is actually better than my original, and the garment even compressed the legs, which I don’t really need but is still better than what my old garment offered.Overall I’d say once you get your size right, you’ll be happy with the garment, it’s definitely good quality.

Description says "colombian Girdle" but made in "china" ??? Material was so flimsy, i order an XL because it says product runs small and it was huge. Im 6'1 215lbs and when i put it on there was no compression at all. I was able to clip on the last section of clasps with no problem and still big. I think product name is SUPER misleading.

Too small order a bigger size than yours

Es de muy buena calidad..pero viene muy reducido...yo tuve que pedir XXL y me quedo muy apenas.....solo ese detalle...viene muy reducido.....yo tuve que devolverlo lo pedí en el y pedi una talla más grande xxl
