There are 16 napkins, 9 each of cups and plates, and just 7 smaller plates. So this set only serves 7, with a few leftover pieces. You'll need two sets if you have 16 guests.That said, these are very cute, sturdy, and neatly packed. Get a set (or two) for your next child's birthday party or to keep on hand for fun lunches.
