Been taking this product for a few days. Haven’t been on it long enough to notice any weight loss however what I have noticed is that I’m not hungry. I’ve been eating a low calorie diet and exercising and my need for sweets has diminished since taking this. Definitely recommend. No jitters or feeling like I can’t sleep.
