My gut health improved in just a few weeks. This product works well if you remain consistant with it. No cramping or side effects. Id say this is a great product although a bit pricy .

After having diarrhea for two months, this probiotic STOPPED it! I had a endoscopy and colonoscopy right after I started taking it (which came out showing inflammation but no polyps) and I continue to be normal.

I bought this product to try, and it was very good way to GET STARTED with a new personal regimen to restore your gut biome and reduce inflammation. It contains one specific probiotic (bifidobacterium longum strain BB536) plus a butyrate precursor that helps nourish colonocytes in your gut (these are very important intestinal epithelial cells) and a small amount of prebiotic soluble fiber that bacteria in your gut consume. There are 60 capsules and you take two per day so the cost is about $1.50/day. I had no negative effects from this probiotic, fiber and butyrin combo. I have since adjusted my diet to get a LOT more soluble fiber and probiotics than I used to and my hip and shoulder inflammation are greatly reduced. We are all supposed to get at least 20 grams of fiber today, so these capsules can be part of that equation.

Can't tell any difference so far. Have used half of the bottle.

When I began using it a little more than a year ago, tbh for the price point of the previous formula I wished ingredients had been a little stronger, BUT even so, it was still a good product & more effective than other gut health probiotics I’ve tried. Recently I briefly tried another product just to see if it was possible to find something similar or better for a little less. That didn’t work out, so I returned to Gut Restore & I really wanna kick myself for not noticing an drastic alteration to the strength of one of the ingredients, Tributyrin, before opening the new bottle. Upon opening, I noticed right off the capsules were white instead of dark gray like before. I didn’t have an old bottle to compare, so I really didn’t know how different it was. I thought I’d give it a whirl & naively hoped it was just a small visual change. After awhile, I’ve noticed I don’t feel nearly as good. So I went looking for old images of the ingredients & discovered Primal Harvest reduced the Tributyrin by 700mg (that’s the only difference I saw, although I also noticed for one of the other ingredients is worded slightly differently, but I believe is the same) AND YET STILL $50. What a shady, rotten thing to do. I’m so mad at how sneaky they were at cheapening up the product. Point blank, I feel cheated. Unless the old formula returns, I am done with this product. I suggest anyone reading this save your money & do the same.
