This was the worse investment I have made. My kids do not like this. It takes forever to get any ice out, and you are turning and turning forever for such a small amount of ice. I will never purchase this again.

Really flimsy and made out of thin plastic pieces.its easier to put ice in a blender than to push ice against a grater with a plastic pusher thing.

I was really disappointed with this product. I had wanted one as a child but never had one so I was able to get one for my daughter. It barely worked the crank handle it took forever it did not produce hardly any ice chips.

Given to 45yr old GF as a gag of sorts. She mentioned she always wanted it as a kid, but never got it. She was amused and thrilled, so that in itself was worth the cost. But the product - ugh. Same piece of junk it was 50 years ago. Takes a huge amount of pressure on Snoopy to force the ice into the shaver, and Snoopy doesn't exactly make for an ergonomic handle. Plastic clamp for the table is a joke - it won't hold a thing. Even if it allowed you tighten further, the clamp would flex and snap long before you got the right amount of pressure. Crank is a PIA, the grip doesn't spin independent of the crank, so it doesn't spin very smooth in your hand. I cannot imagine a child using this - don't think for a moment they will use on their own, Mom and Dad will ultimately be doing the work. Unless your intent is a gag or retro gift, just stick with your blender, Cuisinart, or Magic Bullet......
