Thin Steel Holder Eraser Slendy+, Silver (EH-S-S) (Japan Import)

This eraser style is better for light duty work or use with an eraser shield. I carry this in my journal cover that happens to hold two A5 Midori notebooks. I don’t use it often but when I do it’s perfect.

It's cute and I get compliments on it! But, the eraser part is tricky. The eraser can break too if you rub too hard. But I like it.

I bought this knowing that it had a slim profile, but thinking that it would be much larger. This eraser is TINY! Beyond being just a little longer than a dental floss pick, the actual eraser part is also super small. It's big enough to get the job done I guess, but there are some mechanical pencils with more substantial built in extendable erasers (Tul, Pentel Twist Erase, etc.).Moving beyond the small size I discovered that the eraser holder has no mechanism to extend the actual eraser part. You have to click the little jaws that hold the eraser and extend it by hand.The next annoyance that I discovered is that the jaws that hold the eraser in place and the slide that extends and tightens the jaws also rattle around inside of the eraser holder.On the up side the metal holder feels and looks nice, the eraser does a pretty good job of erasing, the clip is springy, and the form factor is slim enough to make it easy to store it just about anywhere.It's an ok eraser, but there are far better options. If you need an eraser to sit inside a notebook or some similar slim spot, then this one might work, otherwise look for something else.

Only about half the size I expected. Best for small, light lines. Mostly just an artsy item for art purposes. Does not have a slide to extend eraser — it’s a whole process that does not spark joy. But, it sort of redeems its self in tiny cuteness. Prob not worth it if you’re looking for practicality, but if you’re looking for a small way to treat yo’ self, dis it.

My writing has been described as microscopic, and i primarily write in pencil. Standard size erasers were a pain use because they erased so much more than what i needed to erase, and the tiny erasers on the back of mechanical pencils were just not sufficient enough on their own. This eraser let's erase *only* what i need to erase. The only criticism i have is that the clamping mechanism could definitely be better. It's ok as is, but have had a few times that the eraser slipped the clamp and went back into the body of the eraser.

This is the best eraser for drawing. Super easy to erase small areas, or bigger areas if you rotate it. Looks and feels a lot more expensive than it actually is. Love it.

This eraser is super tiny and minimalist. However, 4 stars because the “erase” ability could be improved.

Very thin like it cause I have in leather pad case so room is an issue. This is really cool. It’s so thin it’s a lil uncomfortable to use. But I’ll sacrifice it for it compact ability
