Just got this belt and I already feel confident wearing it. I had ruined my spine over years while studying and using the phone. I'm ready to face some back issues while using this belt as my back is going to be trained to remain straight in the next couple of months. Planning to wear it for 2-3 hours daily while I work or play a music instrument. I also had to smoothen the plastic edges of this belt using a file/knife because it was hurting.
