desertcart.com: Maranello Caffé Pour Over Coffee Dripper Stainless Steel Reusable Drip Cone Coffee Filter Portable Pour-Over Coffee Maker Paperless Metal Fine Mesh Strainer Coffee Pourover Brewer Camping Coffee Maker : Home & Kitchen Review: Exactly what I needed - I travel constantly for work and I absolutely loath all in room hotel coffee. I had previously had a filter required pour over coffee maker (different brand) which I forgot somewhere and I wanted to give this a shot. I have been using this for a few weeks now and it a) produces excellent coffee with no additional filters required (and thus no flavor from filters), b) is not flimsy, I carry it in my duffel either as a carry on or tossed in the back of my truck, zero dents, and c) cleans up incredibly easy. I absolutely love this pour over and wouldn't think twice about buying it again (if/when i leave this one somewhere). 5 stars all the way as a perfect travel companion! Edit/update: I have now been using this thing pretty much nonstop (5 days a week) for the last 9 months. I still beat the crap out of it, often clean it in the laziest way possible. And with regards to the quality issues mentioned in the negative reviews: a) Nothing has fallen apart on it, zero dents, zero damage. Currently it is no longer in a duffel bag but tossed into an oversized roller bag along with pots and pans completely unprotected b) it flows perfectly every single time. I use extra fine grind coffee much of the time I have never had this thing not flow properly. I have never had a single problem with it. I don't know what kind of junk coffee the people with clogging problems are using, but I suspect the problem is their coffee. I stand by this little beast 100% and recommend it to any one who needs a nice portable flow through!!! Review: Easy to use, quick cup, quality item, great cup of coffee - A couple years ago I wrote this. I still feel the same way. "There's not a lot to embrace these days, but what we have, we seriously want. I am a coffee person and have been since very young. I love my coffee and am as selective as those that are the same with their wine, or beer. I have tried Starbucks pour-over, you have to buy filters, it can crack. But considered the leader in pour-overs. I have purchased others that look like this, but do not act like this one. I like my coffee hot, sippable, and cools as it should. With others before this, once I add my special blend of creamer and sugar...it is typically cold, or hot but the sediment is heavy at the bottom, which is yuck. This is my new best filter ever!! It is easy to use, well made, cleans up easy, moves quickly but does not disturb the results. No sediment at the bottom, hot enough to add anything and not make it a lukewarm coffee. I LOVE IT! CUSTOMER FOR LIFE. Well Done!!!"

Easy to use, easy to clean, filters great and you don't need to use fresh ground coffee if you don't want to.
This is a very nice coffee dripper. It is pretty, washes up nice, and makes a great cup of coffee. The dripper does not get hot to the touch when you need to pick it up. The metal tab is large enough to grab and pick up and off the cup. I had to buy a smaller coffee cup as my over-sized Fiesta-ware cups are just way to big. You don't need to use fresh ground coffee. What I use is plain old Maxwell House Coffee. It filters just fine with no issues and no heavy sediment in the bottom of my cup. I use 2 Tablespoons of coffee to 16 ounces of water if that helps anyone. It makes a nice dark cup of coffee. No brown water for me. My desire to switch to a dripper is due to my single serve coffee makers have only been lasting about a year. I clean them with vinegar often and regardless a nasty slime mold grows in them. You can not clean any single serve coffee maker well enough to prevent this. It's just a fact. We have gone through one Keurig and three Hamilton Beach coffee makers. All had very short life spans due to a bacteria or mold growing inside of them. You tell me what it is.... Again, I clean my coffee pots with vinegar OFTEN. Vinegar is just not aggressive enough.

Excellent pour over product!
Actually got a chance to use the Maranello stainless steel pour over unit for the first time this am. It worked very well, and produced a must stronger and fuller flavor cup of coffee then I actually expected. the only reason that I gave this device a 4 Star, is because the customers suggested purchasing a long extended neck on the hot water pot, and I totally agree with them as I own a sweet Muerller stainless steel tea pot for boiling water and it's top quality and well made but does have the standard short neck on it compared to the other long goose neck style dripping pots, so I guess I will break down and find a inexpensive long extended hot water boing pot so it's easier to do the slow circular pouring that is needed to get the proper blooming process as you pour the hot water over the Maranello pour over device, other than that, 100% happy and more than satisfied with this unit and how it works, has no issues as far as over flowing or not blooming the brew properly, great high quality stainless stell build

Very fine mesh
This poor over coffee dripper works really well. It is so fine that no grounds get through it into the coffee cup. I really like that. I do not have to use any liners anymore. Highly recommend.

Makes Good Coffee
This device effectively filters coffee and is easy to clean. I like the flat bottom feature. I love that it's stainless steel and doesn't contaminate the coffee with plastic or add any strange tastes. The seam inside the cone is solid, and doesn't separate like the honeycomb one I bought in the past. Two issues keep me from giving more stars: 1. The base is not wide enough to accommodate a latte size cup, or even a normal larger cup. 2. When I pour water in, if I don't stay in the center of the cone, water leaks out from the the sides a little bit and doesn't access the coffee. I end up with drips on top of the filter base. The point of the pourover is to access all grounds with my gooseneck kettle. I will probably go back to my previous brand and try to be more careful cleaning it. I wish the features could be combined into one perfect filter! Despite it all, this product doesn't make good coffee, it just lacks design features that allow me to use my favorite cups, and I find the dripping issue annoying.

It was good to purchase. I never thought that the aroma and taste would stand out like this. It is easy to wash off, light and easy to use.

I've been using this to make my coffee for a while now, and definitely recommend.

It doesn’t hold water to brew coffee, it literally runs through. I believe mine is faulty. A friend stated her single cup brew is much slower.

Love not having that gritty end to my coffee.
