I owe the maker of this clock a big apology. At first I could not get it to work so they immediately sent me a replacement mechanism. Turns out, to my embarrassment, I had the battery in wrong way around. The clock is so quiet you can’t hear any engine but if you look closely at the mechanism when you put the battery in, you can see the little wheels turning. Now it is on, and it works as beautifully as it looks. Thank you to the maker and my sincere apologies.

Very disappointed with this clock. The clock looks really nice but the device that makes the clock work, doesn’t work. The company offers free lifetime replacement of the device that makes the clock tick, but none of them work. I had 2 replacements come from this company but neither worked very long. I tried to work with the company, but the clock never worked. I requested a refund and they said that I was outside of the very short return period. I was outside of that period because I had to wait for 2 different devices to come in the mail, and then replace them myself! Very disappointed with this company.

I have only had this clock for a couple of days but so far I love this clock! It was packed really well for shipping, arrived on time, looks great on my wall, and doesn't make a sound. Also love that it was made in the USA, and that shipping was free.Update, almost 2 years later: I still love the clock. After having the clock for a couple of months (maybe?) a noise could be heard coming from the clock mechanism. I contacted the seller and they promptly sent a replacement mechanism, saying this sometimes happens. After we replaced that part, we have not heard a sound out of it in almost 2 years.

Well, it's a clock. It does it's job without fuss.I love that it's quiet - perfect for our television/movie room.This clock arrived securely packaged and was working/installed 15 minutes after it's arrival. It has not required any time adjustments and appears to be keeping the time accurately.This was more expensive than I normally would have spent on a battery operated clock but aesthetically it was better matched to that space than any of the competitors. Now that it's up and has been silently doing it's job, I think it was money well spent.I would not hesitate to purchase from this company in the future. It's a quality product.

Beautiful clock. Totally silent. Great quality. Keeps exact time after 10 days running. Packed very well and box marked "Fragile, easily damaged".

I was basically looking for a clock that looked cool and matched the color scheme of my living room. It’s made of a fiberboard material, but that doesn’t matter because I won’t be getting it wet. I’ve had it for a few months and it’s kept perfect time. I love the colors. I bought the 12” version but would buy a little bigger one if I were to purchase another

This clock is like a piece of art; I love it. My complaint is that it is hard to see (I'm of an age, so eyes not like they were). I think I posted that I had moved it into hallways. One thought I had was the manufacturer could try reversing the colors...whatever color combination that wold make the numbers stick out. Gold on black not good.
