Seller replaced the first one that was cracked after I provided a picture. While I would prefer not to have to return something, their willingness to replace the defective one is the next best thing.

The head frame works relatively well. However, for some reason, the cutters press against the heads when I shave, making a rubbing noise. I suspect that they will wear down eventually. I'm getting ready to have to buy an entirely new shaver in about six months.

My Norelco 8280XL razor needed a new head holder, because of wear. The head holder I purchased fits very well and is of very good quality construction. I am pleased with this purchase.

Just what my husband needed to fix his expensive shaver. Thought it was going to take a month to receive, so I purchased him another cheaper razor. Well he does not like the cheaper one as well and the replacement head came in under a week. Thank goodness!

Makes a big difference even with the existing blades. The previous holder lost it's springiness.
