Q: Is this a genuine solidteknics pan? i don't see the name mentioned. is this satin pan stamped with manufacturer name and production date?

Short answer based on the photograph, yes it is a real Solidteknics pan. These pans to my knowledge cannot be duplicated due to the level of technical expertise required and difficulty of manufacturing. All Solidteknics Aus-Ion pans are date stamped either on the top of the handle just below the laser cutout of Australia, or on the bottom of the pan base with the date of manufacture. Also on the bottom of the pan you will find stamped Solidteknics LTD Australia, made in Australia, 1 piece seamless iron, outline of Australia and Mark J. Henry’s initial in lower case inside a heart. I hope this helps. These are great pans, I love them.

Q: How deep is the satin 10" skillet. i see an old kick-starter add that says 1.3". and, i see amazon add says 2"... maybe it changed?

I don't have the 10" model, but the 12" model which I have is 2" deep.

Q: Does this product work with induction stove tops?

Absolutley!! All Ranges!! Probably over wood fire outside as well.

Q: Is this a carbon steel pan?

Yes, it is (low carbon mild steel)
