The main issue is that they taste so nice that I want to eat more, I wish you could buy regular gummies that taste like this lol! On the serious side they seem to help my sleep quality, l suffer from bad nightmares and taking these gummies coincides with a lessening of symptoms -although the effects are mild there is enough of a difference to keep taking these.

Taste delicious I keep them by my bed & have 2 at bedtime to promote relaxation & sleep

The taste took me getting used to, after a few days it feels natural.I am unsure how much they work for me but I do sleep better once I get to sleep and manage daily tasks better that my anxiety / stress/ depression symptoms were impacting on..Worth trying !

I haven’t felt any effect from these, I will finish the tub to see if you need to take them all for them to start taking effect but at the moment I feel no different taking 2 each morning and it’s been 2 weeks or so

I take one every day a couple of hours before bed time (I have to confess, sometimes I forget) and it is not only makes me calm and relaxed but actually happy! Like I going to bed with a smile on my face and waking up with the same mood! Truly amazing. Especially since I'm kind of anxious and stressed usually.Not the best taste but not bad either.

They helped to calm me down at the end of the day and helped this perimenopausal person get to sleep, however they gave me some really vivid dreams!! Also, even though I'm taking probiotics for my gut, whilst I was taking these ashwaganda gummies I had really bad diarrhea which stopped when I stopped taking them. It's a shame really as I switched to a different ashwaganda supplement which doesn't give me the side effects but also doesn't work quite as well.

I have PCOS and ashwagandha helps regulate the cycle. When I’m taking it the cycle length is 25-27 days, without it 30+. Needless to say my cycle is as of today 32 days which means this product doesn’t work, either because the working dosage is much lower or because it’s just rubbish.
