This is quite the bar. I'd say they've set the bar high, but as of yet I can't lift it that high. It is a substantial piece of equipment. I bought a pad for the shoulders, which was much needed for squats. This is giving me a good workout. Make sure you have space. It's a long bar. Also, make sure whoever it's getting delivered to can get it inside the house. LOL - My mom of 83 purchased it for me for Xmas and she barely made it through the front door with it.

Bought this 25-pound workout bar thinking, “Hey, 25 pounds? That’s manageable. I lift groceries heavier than that!” Lies. Delusion. Arrogance. This bar is a beast disguised as a fitness tool. It doesn’t care about your confidence — it came to make you earn every rep and question your life choices along the way. First workout, I tried to do some overhead presses. I made it to rep two before the bar whispered, “You sure about this, champ?” My arms started trembling like I was holding a live anaconda that just drank a Red Bull. It’s not just heavy, it’s emotionally heavy. I swear this bar has an attitude. Every time I pick it up, I hear faint music from “Rocky” but played on a sad trombone. My dog looked at me like, “You okay, bro?” But here’s the thing — this bar WORKS. It’s solid, no-slip grip, perfectly balanced, and has the humble energy of a dad who could bench-press a truck but still mows the lawn in cargo shorts. It’s helping me get stronger, both physically and emotionally, because every workout feels like therapy and an uppercut. Buy it if you’re ready. Respect it. And maybe keep some ibuprofen nearby.

Just what I expected! It arrived so safe safely as well. I have never seen packaging with screws in it. They make sure you receive a product in good condition. The quality and sturdiness is great not cheap material at all.

Completely satisfied with this product. Heavier than I expected but that’s not an issue. Packaged perfectly and very sturdy.

Bought the 20/25 lb set. These are the best idea for light weight workouts. I started lifting back in the 80's. They didn't have this type product back then. I can do a variety of exercises with a weighted straight bar and don't have to attach any plates. They are good quality and should last forever if taken care of properly. Space savers. I wouldn't mind having the 15lb weight bar too. Love that they're color coded too. Smart invention!

It's one of the best pieces of exercise equipment I own. The padding helps to grip it well. With this weighted bar, stability ball, and exercise mat, I can do a full-body workout. I highly recommend it.
