This is my first time trying boswellia, but I;m very happy with this purchase.I have only taken it once since I received it.Therefore,I can't assess any decrease in pain.The taste is acidic, but not unpleasant.I'm really looking forward to using this product due to everything I read so far.It looks promising.Thank you.After using it for just a few days,I was able to stop using Ibuprofen completely.The taste really grew on me.It has a really fresh,crisp taste with a light fragrance that's unlike anything I've tried before.I just add a little sweetner and 5-6 ounces of water,stir and drink.Very refreshing.I love it!

Not crazy about the packaging, but for this price and quality I can live with it

Product has no information on Ingredients or who makes it. Packaging is not reusable but most importantly it did not help with inflammation.
