RealTruck Roll-N-Lock M-Series Retractable Truck Bed Tonneau Cover | LG102M | Fits 2015 - 2020 Ford F-150 6' 7" Bed (78.9")

It was easy to install except for that last piece that is a cover for retracting mechanism to cover the main area in the bed of the truck. The predrilled holes didn't line up so I had to drill new ones to make the screws work and secure the piece on. Other than that is was easy and straight foreward.

Wanted for our new F150. Needed it to cover well yet open up for hauling things. Perfect. Took my son about an hour to install after watching installation on YouTube . Easy, sturdy, love it!

My original purchase was delivered on 10/11/2021, but was not opened/install attempted until 10/16/2021. There were a number of instances of damage...primarily the bracket that holds the cover in the open position was bent preventing the cover from being opened at all. Based on the information in the package, I waited until Monday 10/18/2021 to call RollNLock about the damage only to be told that I would need to deal with Amazon. Amazon was GREAT!! Received replacement on 10/20/2021 and installed the same day. There are several nuances to installation that are not detailed in the instructions. Watch videos for help!! I am fairly competent and it took me 3 hours to complete the installation. My cover has been installed less than 2 days, but so far I am pleased...hope that continues.

Bought for my husband as a gift! He loves it! Told me it was a great investment!

The product arrived on Tuesday, 25 Oct 2022. The box was ripped on one of the sides (sorry do not have pictures), but I did not think anything of it. On Saturday, 29 Oct 2022 I opened the box to begin the installation and the main piece that rolls the cover was bent (not a big deal at the time since I was able to bend it back). When it was time to install the side tracks, two of the bolts were missing, and even tho I wanted to return the product at that time, I was already half way through the installation, so I ended up going to home depot instead to get similar bolts and finish mounting the cover. I was "satisfied" with the installation until today, Tuesday, 2 Nov 2022, when it rained the for the first time since Saturday and the inside of the truck is all wet! (see picture) Luckily I did not have anything of value in the truck bed. Wasted 1,200 dollars tho.

This should have been a very simple installation. It was not. I called Roll-N-Lock before I made my purchase to ask them if it was compatible with a plastic bed liner. They assured me that it was and there is no issue. That is NOT accurate. The very first instructions are to remove your bed liner and cut it. Ok, Fine. I'm handy enough that I did that. However, the cutting dimensions given in the instructions are not correct and despite careful measuring, I had to cut twice. Then, once the unit is installed, half of the top of the bulkhead rail is now exposed where the top of my bed liner used to be. It looks bad.The hardware that installs near the tailgate does not easily fit through the stock hole.It specifically says in the instructions and on the cover where the rails are to be in contact with the tailgate. However, there is not enough adjustment in the hardware to allow this to actually happen. There is about a 1/4" gap that unless dealt with, it will allow rain water right in.The actual construction of the cover seems good and looks as if it will hold up. But for the money, there are better covers that are less complicated and less money.
