Works well
It seemed a bit bigger as it did not fit in the opening. Once the router was used to widen the opening it fit in and works well. Was not as easy to install as I thought but once it is done it is done. Love it now!

Base not 24" actual is 24-1/4
Accuracy of description should updated on measurements. Be aware if you are pouring your own concrete top. I chose to go 24-3/16 so the 24" would fit. I can grind the concret to remedy this but recommend a 24-1/2" hole.
