I have had many bite guards. Some that cost hundreds of dollars. When I first opened package I thought this one was not going to work. It is thin & comes in small package. AI was pleasantly surprised. It is easy to mold, fits securely and I don’t bite through it. I am very happy with it!

This is great lightweight mouth guard that was very easy to fit and mold to the mouth. It is comfortable and gives a snug fit without giving any pain or discomfort on the gums. It is nice and hard once it hardens after molding and seems like it will hold up well. It is very easy to remold if you don’t get it quite right the first time. Just follow the tutorial and molding is pain free and easy to do. This is great for kiddos who are in the teeth losing stages and need to change up mouthguards often

Recommended by LAX coach for youth lacrosse. Medium size seems to fit a petite teen (just at the bottom range of the height range for Medium Size). Seems to fit well, and the thin material allows talking, which is important. Absolutely no problem fitting it after watching the video instruction a few times. Will add the fifth star if it is as durable as some have said. Scary to think about, but a nice touch is that the company has a $50,000 dental guarantee of protection. Knock wood we’ll never need to find out if that’s legit!

These are the most durable and effective mouthguards. They are low profile but allow the user to communicate easily on the playing field. Our Orthodontist told us they are the best product next to an Invisalign to protect the teeth and gums. They are very simple to form and the company provides easy instructions for use, your mouth guard can be ready to hit the field after just a few minutes. One thing our family likes is the size of the guards for small to larger mouths. They provide a guide that is right in. Lastly there are great color choices and our family likes to have a few different ones in their sports bags.

As a person formerly in the dental field, this product is certainly not worth 20 bucks at all. The shaping is cumbersome so I had to use my former life's skills to "round" out the curves that stick out to make it more comfy. After 4 tries, I got it to an acceptable form which is still a little loose but overall the arch shape is there. If you had a mold of the arch - then at least you have an easier time to reheat and cool but while on the model - winging it in the mouth is frustrating. Use boiled water in a bowl and about 30 secs is just about the perfect balance between softening and handling. Best you can do is first mold the basic shape. Once set, keep the child biting down and look at how much you have to work to round out at the curve and then curl the back up to cover 1/3 of the cheek-side crown of the teeth. That's what will be the 2nd, 3rd and likely 4th to add finishing touches. Trying to isolate and dip the sections you want to "perfect". Maybe it's me trying to get office quality mold but if you're not good with this stuff, then look for a pre arched one and not this flat one. I only got this because it was "recommended" by the coach but from my view - not good. Best option but most expensive is the dentist, but replacing broken teeth is much much more so weigh the options. I gave it a shot, this is my review for what it's worth....

I’ll admit, this guard isn’t as comfortable as the gel or silicone alternatives, but it does its job well. It just takes a little time to get used to that firmer plastic feel inside your mouth. After a few months of basketball wear, you can clearly see where my grinding happens and how the material has worn slightly—but it’s held up better than expected, especially across the front where I tend to catch the occasional elbow. Overall, it’s a solid pick if you want something slim, simple, and low-profile that still provides decent protection.
