I use the Illiyoon Ceramide Ato Lotion as my daily go-to, but this Ceramide Ato Concentrate Cream is what I reach for when my skin needs something more. It’s like the more intensive, heavier version of the lotion. This cream is extremely hydrating and much more occlusive. It really locks moisture into the skin and keeps it there, which is perfect for dry days, irritated skin, or when my barrier feels a bit compromised. You can feel that protective layer, but it still doesn’t feel greasy in an uncomfortable way. A little goes a long way with this one. It’s quite concentrated, so I only need a small amount to get good coverage. If you’re acne-prone, I’d recommend being a bit mindful with it and using it sparingly, especially in areas where you tend to get clogged pores, since it is more occlusive than the lotion. Ingredient-wise, this is where the Illiyoon line really shines. Like the lotion, it uses a ceramide complex to support the skin barrier, but this cream goes a step further with a richer blend of ceramides, fatty acids, and cholesterol. These are all components naturally found in your skin barrier, so they work together to help repair and strengthen it. That’s why it’s so effective for dryness and sensitivity. Compared to the lotion, which is lightweight and great for everyday use, this cream feels more like a treatment. I use the lotion during the day and switch to this at night or whenever my skin needs extra support. Overall, this is an amazing companion product to the lotion. If you already love the Illiyoon line but sometimes want more hydration and protection, this is absolutely worth having on hand.

This cream really impressed me. A year ago, I had an imbalance in my skin and my barrier was damaged. I went to a dermatologist, and he told me it was seborrheic dermatitis, but I never recovered. Exactly a week ago, I bought the Illiyoon cream and my skin is back to how it hadn't been in a long time. It's smooth and increasingly less red, truly my new holy grail. Its consistency is thick, ideal for winter or if you have combination to dry skin. It has no scent, and despite the fact that it's not friendly to fungal acne, it hasn't caused me any breakouts. I would buy it again without hesitation; it's become a staple in my routine!

I have purchased cream after cream trying to find the right fit for my dry skin until now. I have spent hundreds, thousands of dollars searching for a cream that has no smell and doesn’t make me sick. After just one night I see the difference and my skin actually absorbed the cream! Usually the cream sits on my face and nothing happens after it is washed off- my skin is back to dry as if I never used the cream. This morning I woke up to smooth, hydrated skin on my face. Even my makeup looked amazing! I recommend this cream to those sensitive to smells and with dry skin.

I used the Madeca brand before switching to this one. I'm amazed at the difference in just a few days of use. My face feels more supple, and it looks more dewy than oily. I have really sensitive skin so I really try to be careful what I use on my face. I also have oily skin and will break out in a rash if I use a product that's too harsh. The Madeca brand is great, but my face would still look oily by the afternoon and I would have an ocassional break out during my period. This product makes my skin look soft and dewy throughout the day. It has no smell, in my opinion. I also noticed my hands are much softer and feel buttery smooth. It fully absorbs into your skin and gives it a really soft feel. The Madeca brand would make my skin feel a bit sticky afterwards and shiny. I'm very impressed with this product. I'll have to see how it holds up in a few months. Also, I had my husband apply some to his hands because they were extremely dry from using hand sanitizer often at work, and it really made a difference in just a few applications. I highly recommend this product and will definitely be switching from the Madeca brand to this one.

Note for people with hypothyroidism and have chronically dehydrated skin! Ive found this lotion to be long lasting in leaving my skin feeling moisturized. I take daily doses of supportive supplements and try to drink enough water but this lotion helps lock everything in. It feels amazing! I buy the giant tub which is a great value. Doesn't leave my skin greasy, only moisturized. The smaller tubes are great on the go too (especially frequent hand washers). I use for face and body routine! I rarely leave ratings but this product has helped me in so many ways. Apply fresh out of the shower and/or fresh face washing!
