Gets the job done. It feels uncomfortable at first if your neck and shoulders are tight, but after a few minutes the muscles relax and the pain eases. Ten minutes of use is just right, and I’m happy with the product.

Having had neck/shoulder/arm pain for 3 weeks I thought I'd give this a try. After the first 10 minute use the pain was almost completely gone. I am so impressed. Definitely would recommend.

I was susceptible before getting it, but once you tried i, it wast super relaxing :)

Don't buy. It will worsen you pain. Not only because it's hard (as others have explained). Also because it is very difficult to place you neck properly on it due to the height and design. It is not eligible to return either.

Great stretcher

This is a wonderful product. It worked well for my neck pain. The product quality is good and long lasting.

I gave this a go as I had been struggling with neck and upper back pain. At first it feels very large on the back of your neck but stick with it, once you fully relax your head, neck and shoulders it feels so good. Too good in fact. The instructions state that it should be used for around 10-15 minutes then removed, but honestly I almost fell asleep. I found it more comfortable than my pillow. I would sleep on this but the warnings say not to. Regardless, it's great for stretching out your neck and provides much needed relief.

Es una maravilla, desde el primer uso sientes una mejoría asombrosa, el descanso es impresionante. Durante su uso las primeras veces pueden ser incómodas pero al retirarlo puedes percibir una mejoría extraordinaria. Estoy verdaderamente contenta con esta compra. El producto me gustó bastante. Realmente te ayuda a relajar las cervicales del cuello, pero recuerden que es sólo para un breve uso. Eviten usarlo por tiempos prolongados, no es para dormir ni es ningún tipo de almohada. Relaja bastante y el material se siente resistente y de gran calidad.
