Kent is the real deal
As always, Kent is the best that one can purchase for the highest quality. One piece construction and very smooth against the head and in the hair. Glad I did the research and made the best purchase.

Love this comb!
How does one love a comb? Isn't a comb pretty much like every other comb? Nope! This company makes so many different kinds of combs, you can choose the width, length and shape as well as how close together are the teeth. It feels lovely and smooth in your hand and the ends of the teeth are rounded so they feel good on your scalp. I love it so much that within a short time of realizing my first one had gone into hiding I was on Amazon ordering another one. Hopefully the original one will show up so I have a spare, since I've found this shape also works really well for use while I'm cutting my husband's hair. Yeah, maybe I'd better order another one....

My favorite comb
Very comfortable on the scalp, noticable quality over a cheap plastic comb or brush. I wish it was slightly taller for a more comfortable styling experience. Would buy again.

This is the best, read on and find out why!
Never actually bought a comb in my 71 years. So when I saw this I decided to tame my COVID locks with its help. Awesome may be strong for a comb but hey itβs my first. Pricing is certainly subjective, but compared to any I have had this comb is well made and I actually now have dedicated space in the vanity (with spousal approval) for my comb!! Compared to the others around here this one is superior, smooth and nice heft in the hand. The hair doesnβt part, it splits like the Red Sea in front of Moses!! Oh go ahead, you know you want to.......

Feels like a quality comb, but snapped after 4.5 years
I purchased this comb in OCT 2016 and have used it roughly 1x/day since then. It feels high quality and does what you need a comb to do. I even bought one for a family member who has been using a generic cheap comb for years, and he appreciated it. Unfortunately, mine just snapped in half while I was combing my hair back one morning - after about 4 1/2 years of daily use. I do have thicker hair but its only a few inches long and certainly nothing I would expect to snap a piece of plastic in half.I realize this isn't an expensive item, but it was a bummer nonetheless since I expected what felt like a quality comb would last a lifetime. If yours doesn't break, I think you'll enjoy this comb - but if you're expecting a 'buy it for life' item, this may not be the one (I'd check other reviews since I can only speak to my own experience).

This is the finest comb I have ever used.
At this point I have purchased so many Kent combs that I thought it appropriate to leave a review. The quality of the product is exceptional and you can feel it from the moment you pull it from its packaging. There is some weight to it and it feels sturdy. Having used mine for several months I can confirm that this is the case. Its one of the prettier combs I have ever used (not sure if that really matters too much). This particular model is fairly small and tapers at one end. The teeth spacing (again) narrows toward the tapered end. I have thick hair that I could classify as "long businessman cut". I dont think this would be suitable for long hair, but kent makes other combs that would be more suitable. My hair suffers from cowlick and this presents some challenges. I have really struggled to get the part and cowlick to play nice, but the narrow end (for some reason) really manage to convince the hair to stay down. From a review perspective the aesthetics and performance of this comb is outstanding.

Who knew quality made a difference when it comes to combs?
I honestly didn't expect much from this comb, but it's honestly amazing. As soon as I unpackaged it, I realized that this was higher quality than I was expecting. It has zero flex to it and feels very solid. My last few combs have been retired after a few months due to the teeth breaking off, but I can already tell this thing is ready to last me a LONG time. I ran it through my hair and (this may seem hard to believe) it made it look better than my old comb. I'm not exactly sure why, but this comb glides through my hair effortlessly and leaves it looking smoother than other combs I have used. The fact that it doesn't bend is also a massive positive as it means you have a reliable tool for making a straight part in your hair. Just use the comb to line up where you want to part, and begin combing.Pros:- VERY solid build quality- Nice color/design- Glides through hair- Does not flexCons:- None

I'd comb back for more!
I am a gent with medium length hair, I decided I'd like to try the pompadour style and I could not have picked a better comb.My hair is very thick and quite troublesome, but this comb (in line with the right hair product) has no problem in taming my unruly mane. The teeth are good and thick and showed no signs of breaking even when my 4 year old decided it was time to brush her dolly nylon hair. Her dolly tatted, knotted nylon hair.In fact when she had enough of punishing poor dolly she tried to comb daddy's hair. I can equally attest you can draw blood with this comb, should you be either a sadist or the father of a budding toddler hairdresser. The comb even after toddler time was intact and showed no signs of misuse. Unlike the poor dolly and myself. So would I recommend this comb? Very much so, it has become a staple of my own routine and I am now told to buy a second for my little pixie, well I did say I'd comb back for more!

It's a comb
It's a comb, I wouldn't know how to write a good review about a comb. Bad review if it snaps then fair enough but its a comb, I wouldn't think even a rubbish one would snap that easy. I like it because it looks nice, hand made and lovely brand, feels soft and smooth on your head holding with your hand. Very good quality.

Had one before, ordered another and teeth are sharp
I have been using one of these for about 2 years and loved that it didn't scratch the skin. I gave mine away to someone who also like it after seeing it and ordered another.I'm not sure if it is a defect or if the design has changed but the teeth are not even, it has a sheepfoot shape, one side of a tooth curves and the other stays straight causing a sharp point. This scratches my scalp/face when I comb my beard and I wont be using it any longer. I'm thinking it is a defect as the last half of the larger toothed side is the normal shape I'm used to.

I am not a dictator!
Having had hair short enough to not require a Comb for over 20 years, this was my first foray in to Comb ownership since the late 90s. I recently decided to grow my hair longer wear it in a slicked back undercut style.I expected people to comment and congratulate me on my Peaky Blinders-esque coiffeur. To my horror, I was informed that I looked more like North Korean despot Kim Jong Un!Comb is good though!

It's a great comb.
It's a great comb. Comb is a funny word I wonder where it come from? Anyway, it's a great Comb, the tynes are closer at one end than the other so you get a choice. Are they called tynes? I mean the little pointy teeth things, maybe they are called teeth, who knows. I like the colour, it somehow reminds me of a bygone time of Victorian Barbour shops. I am strange like that so...
