This rake is the rake for artificial grass. Wish I had bought it 2 years ago. Short sweeps work best and the leaf clean up is a breeze from what I used to do. If this broke today, I'd buy another today.

works well getting out spruce tree needles but will still need to vacuum as well. A vacuum alone cannot get the needles out and this rake really helps.

They didn't send instructions, so I almost sent it back because the rake didn't snap together with the handle. Luckily a review said the same thing, and they sent a picture, so I realized you have to twist the green cone shaped connection closest to the rake to telescope it down and elongate the handle which allows you to snap it together. My hands weren't strong enough to turn it, but my husband got it to twist.

This is a tricky review. The product itself is very good and works great. However, I was not able to use the handle which was sent, since the instructions to separate the bottom in order to insert the handle into the actual rake did not work. I was disappointed with customer service, as the inserted slip gave the contact quickwayimports, and when I contacted them since it was an Amazon order at first they offered no help. Later they sent the image attached. The problem is with Step1. The plastic part simply will not move. It is so firmly stuck even with a wrench I could not turn in no matter how hard I tried. Yes, steps 2 and 3 would be very simple however the plastic part was wedged so firmly it would not budge. I created a wooden handle which I screwed into the rake part itself, however this won't be as strong as being able to utilize the metal handle.

It does not come with assembly instructions. As other reviewers stated, assembly is not intuitive so I too had to read prior reviews to see how to snap in the bottom piece. I hope this video is helpful to the next buyer.
