Brain Awake High Performance Booster by Irwin Naturals, B Vitamins and MCT, Think Clearer and Work Faster, 60 Liquid Soft-Gels

I've tried a variety of Bacopa products. I started with Brain Awake and then went to other brands containing the right amounts of Bacopa (approximately 165mgs). If you're not hitting or at least getting close to the 165 mg figure, you're not getting the level tested and you're taking the bacosides for nothing. Bacopa is what you want. The research documents on what it can do for normal, healthy minds is available. Gingko and other such products have been successful in helping Alzheimer patients, but the there are no studies showing Gingko does anything whatsoever for a healthy brain. If you can find data proving me wrong on that, good for you--and please let everyone else know as well. To date, I've not found any.I have found other Bacopa products definitely improve my memory. I quit taking Brain Awake to try others and because Brain Awake contains substances (caffeine) giving me a nervous stomach. However, after my own A - B testing of several products, I have come back to Brain Awake (BA). It gets you close to the required 165mg (150 instead) and it seems that in addition to the Bacopa, some of the other ingredients lift me up and keep me going all day long. Brain Awake produces such a change for me that I'm willing to put up with the nervous stomach. I cut back on the coffee to counterbalance the effect of BA, and I always take BA with food. Besides the nervous stomach, the only other negative is you have to take three of the pills as one dosage, and he pills are large.The bottom line is Brain Awake works. My word usage and vocabulary returned to what it ought to be and I rarely walk into a room and wonder what the heck I went in there for anymore. I remember names, words, and details much better than I do when I'm not taking Bacopa, and I purposely went for months not taking any product to see what would happen. Without Bacopa I started to feel like an old codger that should be put out to pasture because I'm so senile I could hide my own Easter eggs. I don't feel that way anymore. Is it a placebo effect? I doubt it. The difference seems too great and too obvious. I can't scientifically prove anything about BA, but I do know I will continue to take it. This is a good product...for me anyway.

My husband and I have been using Brain Awake for 4 years and absolutely love it!!!! I can always tell when I forgot to take it. It really wakes me up and clears the brain fog. I take two pills in the morning and feel great all day! No crash or anything. I just think clearer and feel more awake and the brain fog is gone. I'd recommend it for everyone! I drink coffee still with it too and have no issues mixing both. :-)

When I removed the seal from the bottle, the lid was not fully on and there was an oily substance on the outside of the bottle and the gels inside the bottle were all oily on the surface and unusable. I ordered them a few weeks ago to have them on hand and the 30-day return is no longer available. So, I received defective gels and I get to pay for them too.

I received the capsules in a timely manner, but they are all stuck together and some have busted. They are liquid gels and some of them must have popped open. I cannot get one single capsule out because they are all stuck together.

Thank God I tried this because it saved my job. I am older with brain fog issues and this product really works. I take it in the morning or two hours before mental challenges (on an empty stomach) and my brain is clear and sharp. I got all my coworkers hooked on it too, especially the older ones.
