I like this immune powdered formula. It has a mild yet pleasant flavor. It mixes well into water, a smoothie, oatmeal or coffee. I took off one star for the price. The price point puts it out of reach for a lot of people. So, it does work but it is a higher priced quality item.

And I'm so happy with it. As embarrassing as it is, when I'm nervous I have to go to the bathroom. You know what I mean: the Bubblies. And I'm nervous A LOT. When I feel stress and anxiety it turns my intestines into non-solids. Since starting this I've noticed a reduction in my bathroom trips. Anything that can help me with that is a winner in my book. I don't normally like the taste of supplements like this, and this product is no exception, however, I don't hate it either. It's definitely do-able for me. So far I've not noticed the other benefits this claims but I'm more than willing to continue with it to see how it goes. The price tag is crazy high. But I've found that products that actually really work do tend to (unfortunately) have a higher price tag. My tub has an expiration date of Jan 2022 - 15 months from the day I received it. I’ve been adding this to my smoothies. I purchased this to help with leaky gut. When mixed with my smoothies, there is no taste. This product has many heath benefits. I took away a star due to the high cost. I’m not sure if I would pay to use this every day. Overall, it’s a good addition to my diet but I probably wouldn’t buy it for everyday use.

I didn’t realize how big this would be! My goodness... anyway.. I love the flavor of this powder. Ive mixed it into my coffee, but it’s better when blended into a smoothie. I was using it for a week straight, but I had to slow down because I started feeling a little bloated. I will continue to use this but I will use less and work my way up to the full serving because I still want the benefits this product offers.
