What is the diameter of the 14 pound

I cudn’t tell u exactly but when I was trying to decide which size to buy, I went to their website and found the answer. Then googled dia of monofilament fishing lines and found a site showing dozens of name brand monofilaments. Was amazed how much they varied. Suffix Advance was about same as some & a hair bigger than others. I fish w/ anything from 10 to 17 lb mono as well as braids. In this case I wanted & bought the 14lb to try on baitcast reel. I also use it as my leader when using braids. Seems a hair thicker... maybe more like some 15lb of other brands I’ve used. I’ll probably buy me some 12lb next time just to have & compare. Regardless, I love this line!!! My new favorite mono!! it’s a great alternative between braid & reg mono. Has less stretch, it’s sensitive, supple and it lays, cast & spools beautifully!! Highly recommend but like others have said in reviews, if thickness is a main concerned of urs and u can spare the difference in strength between 12 & 14, I’d recommend trying the 12. But at same time, I’ve been perfectly happy w/ the 14 lb and it being that hair thicker (and I mean a hair) hasn’t bothered me at all bc it’s such a good line. (Btw, once it’s been on ur reel awhile it may look like it’s acquired some memory,,, but it works itself out once u start fishing w/ it again!)

No it does float . I fish walleye with it works great
